Ordered breast and wing gave me leg and thigh took it back to the counter to exchange and the girl looked at me like I was stupid. She asked isn't leg and thigh white meat? Good grief! Prices are ridiculous? Paid 26 dollars! I was also upcharge without asking!
Parking: The parking lot is kinda not safe. You have to exit right in front of the drive thru! Kinda of dangerous because people are leaving the drive thru as your trying to leave the parking lot

Ordered the same thing as usual. Big box meal, number 7 at this location. Not only did they run out of orginal thigh but was asked if I wanted another leg in place of it or take a piece of extra crispy. ALL after the orginal order was placed. When I got the food I asked why I didn't have the breast. I was told that this meal comes with all dark meat despite what it shows in the picture. But when you place the order online it ask if you want "all dark meat". I was told by the associate whom range me up that that meal is all dark meat and i would have to pay $1.99 more if I wanted any white meat. I have never been so disappointed with my food here before but this just drew the line for me. I also asked for bbq for the kids meal and she gave me sticky chicky. I have no idea what it is. I asked for bbq and she said that's not what you ordered. I said I told her that's what I wanted. And I see my receipt and see she also range us up for tea and neither of us got tea. Then as I was leaving she called over another coworker and said I will tell you in a minute. I looked at her and said that it's very disrespectful to talk about people. She said whatever and grinned. Poor service if you ask me. I won't be back for a long while. Just am amazed at how customer service isn't what it used to be. You used to be treated with respect as a customer but I guess not anymore.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket of Krispy tenders and only got 8. People over there can't count. Phone line always busy or they don't answer it. Going somewhere else the next time.
Had a pick up order got there told us it was not done waited 25 minutes before they told us it was with someone else order never apologized then acted like it was are fault they screwed up and got rude about it

Never been inside, but the food is always delicious. Parking lot is always clean. Plenty of parking. Drive thru is kept moving. I hate lines that don't move. These guys keep the line moving with a friendly smile
