Burgers are good, service is good, kid friendly. Loved the brisket tacos they used to have.

Walked right in & got seated around 3pm on a Sunday. Got to sit out on the patio & enjoy the weather & watch the boats. Waitress was very nice made sure our drinks stayed full & kept checking to see if we needed anything. Also enjoyed the live band on the patio, sound was just right not overly loud where you couldn't hear the person next to ya. Everything was to our liking.

Chicken chunks were terrible. Pizza was ok . Service could use work. Waste of $50 I felt. Probably wont eat there again. I wish them the best though.

Had the tenderloin and some potato barrels. Food was fast and hot. Place was crowded but we didn't wait. It was really hopping... We set outside...

I was with a large group for our International Female Ride Day. We all enjoyed the good food!

We stopped in and ate here for the first time, today. Some training of the staff needs to take place. Little things make a big difference. For example, when cleaning while customers are eating in the dining room, don't stand back from a six foot booth and spray into the air as though cropdusting, you spray onto the cloth (actually, liquid in a small bucket is preferable) and then wipe the cloth on the table, otherwise your disinfectant goes into people's food and drinks and their faces. Secondly, when you carry a condiment bottle 40+ feet across the room you have adequate time to notice it's 95% empty. When the customer goes to the kitchen (because the second waitress ignores them) to get another bottle, new and un-opened is not the usual way it's handed to someone, requiring them to peel back the seals and make it operational. My food was okay until it was sprayed, no complaints there, but staff attitudes could have been so much better, friendlier, some training will help them appear more experienced and skillful. And check the ice cube bin.

Vegetarian options: There was a veggie burger with fries, and no extra charge for mayo, lettuce, cheese, etc.

The Hideout is our absolute favorite place of anywhere, not just around the lake! The entire staff treats us like family and like they want us to come back. This is a true testament to the owners! Best owners and staff of any restaurant out there!
