Walked right in & got seated around 3pm on a Sunday. Got to sit out on the patio & enjoy the weather & watch the boats. Waitress was very nice made sure our drinks stayed full & kept checking to see if we needed anything. Also enjoyed the live band on the patio, sound was just right not overly loud where you couldn't hear the person next to ya. Everything was to our liking.
We stopped in and ate here for the first time, today. Some training of the staff needs to take place. Little things make a big difference. For example, when cleaning while customers are eating in the dining room, don't stand back from a six foot booth and spray into the air as though cropdusting, you spray onto the cloth (actually, liquid in a small bucket is preferable) and then wipe the cloth on the table, otherwise your disinfectant goes into people's food and...
The Hideout is our absolute favorite place of anywhere, not just around the lake! The entire staff treats us like family and like they want us to come back. This is a true testament to the owners! Best owners and staff of any restaurant out there!
