Went through drive thru for 3 sausage McMuffins, all of the muffins were burnt, went in to get new ones, received no apologies and not even a smile from the manager, Tia. Also gave us 2 napkins for 3 sandwiches. The McMuffins were still burnt and dry. Would have at least I'd like to have an apology
It was good service the only thing I would say is the sandwich makers need to slow down and actually read the receipts messed up a couple of orders this isn't the first time I know things happen but come on

I'm not sure what is going on here lately. For 8 years they had been pretty much the best. We never had any issues.
Now the last few times we have been they have had us pull up to the 3rd window and wait for 10-15 minutes for things like a sweet tea. We've even had to remind them that we are out here because they have forgotten. I've sat here and watched as car after car behind me has been served while I am waiting on a sweet tea again today. 20 minutes later no one came.
Kylee is great when we go there and a trip 🙂
