An egg McMuffin is hard to beat for calories and nutrition. It is satisfying and more than enough to get you to lunch. The senior coffee has been eliminated from the kiosks and the decaf is usually stale. This morning they didn't add the cream despite it being printed on the label.The McRib is back so I had to stop.
