Most expensive pizza place in Celina and also the worst pizza place in Celina. You can't afford to be both. Every once in a great while we give them another shot and they never fail to disappoint. Said it would be 30 to 35 minutes for delivery, 50 minutes later the Doordasher texted me that they were there and still waiting on the food to be cooked. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to actually get the food to my door. Spent Spent 48 dollars on 1 large pizza, 2 personal pans and 1 order of cheesesticks. The pans had enough sauce for a large, the actual large pizza was like wet cardboard dried in the sun and the cheesesticks weren't fully cooked. You want cheap but okay pizza, then order Dominos. You want great pizza, then order Celina Wine Store.

Just a terrible experience. My pickup order was "ready" at 745. Didn't get food until 840. Huge line when I walked in. I was told 5 minutes for 1 pizza and it was 45 minutes later, I heard they just put my pizza in the oven after waiting for 40 minutes. Only got 1 star for service because I can't leave zero. Looks like they had some issues in the back. They were yelling at each other the whole time.

I had ordered online delivery for my food. The food came about 8 minutes later than it said it would, which I didn't mind as that's still within a reasonable timeframe. However, they gave me the wrong food, and for some reason the person was asking for a pin I should've received in the email? Kind of weird, as this has never been done before. I never realized that the food was wrong at first, as I just assumed they may have substituted the soda on account of not having the one I ordered. No, the food didn't at all match what I had ordered. When I went to call the store.... 3 times it went straight to an automated response, and then nothing. I'm not sure how difficult it is to pick up a phone, even if you have limited workers and are busy. It's not much of a struggle to work and talk on the phone at the same time, yet they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone the 3 times I tried calling. Whatever, I'll just be eating somebody else's food due to incompetence on your end.

I placed an online order and I went into pick it up and waited for the the waitress to have a conversation with her friends for about 5 minutes then my pizza comes out wrong which is understandable but after that I was pissed no discount they expected me to wait another 25 mins to remake the pizza maybe I'm wrong but the manager came up to deal with the situation and lost a customer not even 10 percent off was offered.
Full service with the salad bar still!! Best creamy Italian dressing EVER is still alive!
