This experience was horrible if there was a negative option I would have picked it the service took 3 years and they sat in the back and complained about my friend and I they had also messed up all of our orders do not come here!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Tried to call about my chicken being so hard that it was inedible. Manager got rude and told me there’s no way and I had to go back to store while I was at work. Taco Bell check your employees.

They ignore you if you come inside to order. It took 20 minutes to get our order. There were a couple orders ahead of us, but one was a single burrito, and the other was another single item. What a joke of a Taco Bell.

Nightmare .....didn't get the right things ...cane back after halfway home about 19 miles out and then told they could make 2extra chalupas for me to pull ahead. Then they came out and said we're out of chicken ? So I just got some tacos . When they came back they actually had the 4 chalupas as they found some chicken. The tacos I got were all cracked and broken into pieces....the burrito supreme at 6.29 just had beef. ...nothing else on it ???? Spent 32.00 too.....I feel I was ripped off and taken advantage of. I would like my 32 back or at least 32 worth of coupons !!!

Ive gone twice recently both times I've waited over a half an hour for orders I put in online before I arrived so I could grab and go. This time it was a half an hour, I live less then a mile from the store and my food is cold, going into the lobby won't help either. Both the car in front of me, myself, and the car after me all had to pull off to the side to wait just so they can keep they drive through time shorter. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous
