First when we walked thru the door there was a lady propping the door smoking so we had to walk thru smoke! Come to find out “Mindy” is a manager! So now we smell like an ashtray. The lobby was messy and let’s not talk about food presentation :/ When I approached “Mindy” she was rude, offered no apology and was snipey! We come to Celina often but will NOT be back! Customer service here is awful and she yelled at the crew workers in front of customers-just awful!!!

Cheese on burger was cold. No ice tea made. No hey let Me get some going though. Thought that was odd. Dining room needs a deep cleaning. Table was wiped off by Me before sitting down. Hire more people or don’t have a restaurant…

They seem to only be able to take care of 1 person at a time at the drive thru. Someone will order and pull forward but when the next person pulls up to order they have to wait until the person in front of them are taking care of. And they run out of chicken, potatoes, fries, etc, more often than they should. And some of the employees are not very customer friendly.

i love wendy’s and i always try to give this location grace but every single time i come here, it’s terrible. First of all, we waited for our food for over 20 minutes (our stupidity i know) and then only to receive COLD food. Our order was incorrect as well, so of course when we go to get it fixed, we wait another 20 minutes. 0/10 recommend and i’m done coming to this location.

Went for a burger and fries. Had to wait forever to even order anything. Was told they were out of fries ?. It was 11:55 am on A Sunday. How is that possible to be out of fries before noon. The burger was mediocre and the service was horrible. Will not go back. What has happened to Wendy's???

Wendy's has been my favorite restaurant for the past 40ish years. I love their food. Where else can you get baked potatoes, chili, and Baconators?
This past spring and summer I have had nothing but trash food from this Wendy's. The last time that my husband and I went there (a few months ago) I tried to eat a fry and it was so gross that I yanked it out of my mouth and threw it in the trash. All of the food that we ordered was inedible. My baked potato was even gray. We threw away both of our meals. My husband won't go back... ever. Of course I keep going back in hopes of decent food. After a few months of throwing away more food than I eat because of how disgusting it was, I finally complained to management. I received a phone call from a lady (I won't mention names but I remember them!) she said that she has coupons for me up by the register and I can just come in and pick them up. I called back, spoke to a male manager and he told me there were coupons there for me. Went there on a Saturday (the day after talking to the male manager), waited 72 minutes in line and when I approached the register no one knew anything about these coupons. Monday I called back to speak to T again and she said that she would mail out my coupons. This was almost a month ago and still no coupons. At this point I am just mad about being lied to. The restaurant is super dirty, things are broken, the floor is sticky and disgusting, most of the time the ketchup pump is empty.
Some of the people that work there are amazing and I mean no harm by posting this but corporate needs to step up and fix this atrocity because I miss good old Wendy's.

I stopped going there for the longest time due to the fact that their service and food was below the standards. This meal was exceptionally good it was hot when it was served, and the young man that served it to me at the drive-thru was pleasant and professional
