Management……I hope you are aware that by not accepting coupons, you are losing business. Today a couple walked out because you don’t accept coupons. I received an email for a free cookie for my birthday. Staff refused to honor it at your store. This is poor business practice and is harming your business whether you realize it or not. The young man and young lady working this evening were awesome! They were very kind, professional, and welcoming (even tho I came in 15 min before close). On top of their positive attitudes and professionalism, it’s also an incredible sub. 6 stars
