All signs on building say open til 10. Employees say they close at 9 and manager won't let them change the signs on the door for fear of subway corporate will be upset. False advertising at its finest.And two employees there when we got there at 8:50. Only one made our 4 subs. Other was only worried about cleaning up so she could leave and should help make, put toppings on subs, bag, or even ring is up.Absolutely horrible service. Should not have taken 30 min to make 4 simple subs

All the lights were on. I parked walked to door found it locked.Very low energy guy inside looks at me then goes to turn lights and signs off. It was 7:03.At least turn out open sign before locking the damn door and change your hours to reflect reality as you certainly aren't open until 10.

Used the mobile app option and drove up to the pickup window and didn't have a great experience. I was told to park my car and go get my own drinks!They didn't label anyone's sandwich and there were several that were wrong. Not worth the $75 spend!

Worst subs anywhere. Second time in two weeks. First time we went. It was party central two kids were working there and had a friend standing around in the back. We said if we went again and service were that bad we would not be going there ever again. Well, guess what? It couldn't get any worse than it did tonight. Very tiny amount of meat on my Italian. One young kid working in the store. There is no excuse in the world for anyone to serve food this bad. I don't know if these young kids think it's a joke, and I have to wonder if the subway is having problems keeping its workers because it's always some new kids. I called in and tried to talk to a manager and the kid said that he had no manager on duty. If you want a flat squashed sub with nothing on it then this is the store for you.

The young man and young lady working this evening were awesome! They were very kind, professional, and welcoming (even tho I came in 15 min before close). On top of their positive attitudes and professionalism, it’s also an incredible sub. 6 stars

Well use to love this place but sadly its just gone hill I think the main reason I'm making this review is bc the past 4 times I have eaten here I have watched a employee named Carson pocked the money I always pay cash at first I thought the kid was just down on his luck but after the 3rd time it was clear he is just playing the owner like a puppet and pocketing the money come on after the 3rd time of obviously doing it I think I will just have to go to the mount vernon one sadly (I live in mount liberty )
Management……I hope you are aware that by not accepting coupons, you are losing business. Today a couple walked out because you don’t accept coupons. I received an email for a free cookie for my birthday. Staff refused to honor it at your store. This is poor business practice and is harming your business whether you realize it or not. It was very busy today and the two staff were doing their best to make the sandwiches as fast as they could and being pleasant even when customers were unhappy. A family of 4 walked out because of the long wait. I understand that it is difficult to keep help nowadays. Maybe you could reward your staff in someway to keep them or to encourage others to apply.
