It seems they have noticeably deteriorated in processing orders accurately. I visited two different locations across town, and every order I received was incorrect, incomplete, and it feels like no one cares.

Wanted to go and get my daughter a chocolate shake and it never was able to happen. I pulled up into the drive thru to be told that “it would be a minute” as they were having “staffing” issues. Totally understandable. 3 minutes later I am asked to order and am told the shake machine is “not working.” This is the second time in 2 weeks I been told this and out of frustration I stated “whatever” and proceeded to drive to the Arby’s in Springboro (which is excellent). However the employee at the drive-thru stretched her body outside the window and screamed “whatever” several times in anger. Perhaps management needs to alleviate the stress on the staff as the tension seems to be intense.
