We’d driven over 12 hours and my husband needed a meal to bring back to our nearby hotel room at Home 2 Suites. He did an online order for pickup about 8:30pm. He walked over and only had a 5 minute wait. He absolutely loved the meal. His custom burger was excellent, just to his specifications. I shared the cheese curds, which came in an aluminum pan that kept them nicely hot and squeaky. The fries were soggy, but that’s not their problem as it’s just a fries-to-go issue. The meal hit the spot for him and he’d be happy for us to eat there again at some point.

This was my second time having lunch here and let me tell you the food is on point ?. The service is friendly and the food came out quickly, was piping hot, and delicious. I got the fish and chips and the lemon berry dessert bar, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both. The fries alone are worth stopping in here for, more so if you get the Chipotle BBQ dip . I will absolutely be back. 10/10.

Nice place, came Sunday afternoon with a group of 7, service was super slow causing food to be just barely warm. Server seems nice but looks like they have too many tables to be efficient, I'm sure that's a struggle for a lot of places but today is about this place. Whatever the fuego burger is all about, need to retry that formula, it tastes kind of like it fell into the barbecue coals and got brushed off and put into a burger. Would recommend no jalapeño, add pickles and barbecue sauce. Fries are petty bland and a little soggy. Of the 7 at our table, pretty much everyone had to doctor their food up to make it good. Won't return, prefer a little better quality and service

It was clear that she was not friendly or engaging, which made the whole dining experience feel lackluster. And don't even get me started on those handheld point of sale devices the staff carries around. It felt invasive and uncomfortable having the server watch as I input my tip, adding a layer of awkwardness to an already underwhelming meal.

LONG WAIT after ordering. About 45-1hr ?? we have 5 kids so..it was a little rough. Fries were cold and sandwich bread was super soggy. Almost like after the food was made it's sat there for a long time before someone was able to bring it to us. Drink refills took forever.

I only care to post about places that stand out and this place is above the rest when it comes to food and atmosphere! The staff are very friendly and quick with service. The B.O.M. Burger I had was spectacular. The way the textures all fit together but weren't blended into a mush like cheaper burger places do! Definitely the new burger spot if your not already coming here
