We used to go to baby Bob all the time it seems to have went downhill but today was our deciding factor to never go back. I think it’s sold because every employee there was different than before and they were all rude not friendly and would fairly give you any food at all. I had to ask three times For more broccoli. The first serving was one piece of broccoli then I asked for more broccoli, please and I got a second piece of broccoli and then the third it was embarrassing to have to keep asking for more food. It was a cup and they only wanted to fill it half way totally different atmosphere than before won’t be back

Definitely a casual food place. Love it bc everything is gluten free. The noodles are my absolute favorite. Regardless of toppings choice, the sesame Ginger dressing is perfect with everything! The chocolate chip cookies say they are gluten free, dairy free, nut free.. and they are the most delicious chocolate chip cookie I've had.

This store has gone so downhill. It used to be one of the best locations and now its a joke. None of the staff know the menu properly and cant communicate, they're rude and dismissive of customers, and when you call back to complain all they do is interrupt you and tell you you're wrong. I used to work there and none of this would've ever been okay. This whole location is a fraction of what it used to be

It’s use to good before but I tried it today and I didn’t like at all they taste and the stuff kinda rude if you ask for extra sauce they get annoyed also now they doing chipotle mood with portion of food 5$ for extra steak not even a spoon , I’m not eating there again.

My wife and I really love the food here and would order from here more but they don't get our orders right usually. And when they are wrong they are crazy wrong. Wife just got a veggie bowl and got my egg, kimchi, red onion and corn, and she doesn't eat egg or kimchi. Wish I knew if they hear me so I can order more often but it's rolling the dice at this point

Food was great. Love the chicken. The price was about average. Staff was nice.

Bibinop has changed its core chicken, which used to anchor the majority of their dishes to tasteless baby bits of some kind of processed meat. The meat has a texture similar to sawdust. If that is not enough, the portions are so small that the staff appears to use large tweezers to dish up the smallest portion possible. We are done with this restaurant chain.

Placed an online order and it was marked ready when I went there I waited 20 mins and it was never ready. I missed my lunch hour waiting. I’m extremely frustrated. I understand them being busy, but don’t mark my food ready if it’s not ready because I would’ve just gone somewhere else.

Foods great. Employees are nice. But there is one huge problem. Certain employees lean their stomachs on the make table when reaching for toppings. The same make table employees will use their gloved hands (the same ones they touch your food with) to sweep debris off of it.

If you can't lean forward without belly smashing the counter where customers food goes, please don't work the make line.

It is FREEZING in this store, just a miserable dining experience. Customers are all eating with their coats on. I don't care how good the food and employees are, the dining experience has become unbearable. TURN THE HEAT UP!!

This was so gross & overly salty all the way. I'm a Chef from Los Angeles and I gave great Korean food there. And I've been to Korea 5 times..I got it because I live the sweet potato noodles & i make JapChae.
We had the steak that looks like dof food not the picture & chicken was incredibly salty.

The service was stingy, like they’re gonna charge me $12 for a bowl that was mostly lettuce!! I guess big bibibop needs to afford their Starbucks too. Anyway, atmosphere was what you would guess normal bibibop store totally fine. Would go again.
