Not a great experience. Hadn't eaten here in quite a while, but decided to give it a try again with the family. My wife ordered chicken tenders and they were hard as rocks. Likely in the fryer for way too long. I ordered a breakfast skillet that was $12 and although it tasted okay, the portion was tiny. For $12 I could go across the street to cracker barrel, eat better food, be so full I'd feel sick and still have 3 pancakes left over. Maybe I caught them in a bad day but it was not an enjoyable experience at all

Who the h*ll puts raw, sliced green onions on pot roast? Thankfully, I was able to scrape most of them off. Hardly any meat at all. Carrots were hard & cold. The onions were not slow cooked with the beef. They were big chunks slightly sauteed & added to the beef. Ordered pick up, so can't comment on service.

The server was very nice and accommodating; she got 4 stars. The food was ok. I had what was supposed to be potato cheddar soup with half a sandwich; the soup was more bland cheese with a few potato chunks.
Working in Centerville for a few days and stopped here for dinner. Service and food was excellent. It was clean and cozy.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Black Friday shopping. Went to breakfast and had horrible service. Waited over an hour for our food and then had a hair in our salad. Will not be returning. Went to the restroom after and the restrooms were disgusting. Left without relieving myself. Horrible doesn't even cut it.

Great most of the time but not Holidays. They offer a very limited menu of more expensive options. Only one kid’s meal. Maybe they are preparing for pick up meal for Thanksgiving. And also very slow service

Horrible service the waitress had an attitude after I told her I needed the dressing for my salad she argued that the bbq sauce was the dressing when clearly it’s not. Very unprofessional this place is digging its own grave we were the only customers in there at the dinner rush time and now I clearly see why.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant let alone at a Bob Evans.
I ordered my food online through the Bob Evan’s website, paid my $30 for my food and get a receipt saying it’ll be ready at 12:45pm.
So I go to pick it up and they don’t have my order, they assume I’m at the wrong place and I show them the order and the address on the order and they essentially shrugged me off. Then someone else gets involved because I didn’t leave the restaurant and they can’t find my order in the system either and began shrugging me off as well. I paid for this, it came out of my bank account and I had that proof and they acted like I was the problem for not just leaving after they told me they didn’t have it. I again explained that I paid for it and ya know, wanted my food and they after 10 mins decided to take my order again. So I wait the additional time it takes to make my food, and I go home and it’s LITERALLY WRONG. She read the order straight off my online order receipt and I still was given the wrong food that I just ended up throwing away because it was gross.
I understand electronics and the internet are not always reliable but as a manager myself in the service industry it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that your company was willing to steal money from me and then act like I was the jerk for patiently waiting to hear if anyone would even help me. At no point were they willing to offer to initially refund me before sending me out and like I said It took 10 mins for them to decide to even “make this right for me” which they didn’t even want to do, as they told me several times that they don’t have it and tried to shoo me away.
$30 has value to me as I work hard for it, and it’s apparent that your company/location does not have the returned value for it’s customers.

Overall, I had a decent experience... tried their Thanksgiving Feast with Turkey (6) and dressing (9) w/carrots (6), green beans (8), mashed potatoes/gravy (9), little cup of cranberry relish (8) and dinner roll (9). Service was pretty good. Nice manager.

My partner and I walked in this morning thinking this experience will be better than the last time. We were wrong. We drove quite a distance to come to this location. We were met with a harsh response. Imitating. Like we did something wrong. Food was not quality. It was burnt to a crisp. Pancakes tasted like copper. Waitress never got my partner’s beverage and nor did she check up on us (no eye contact). By the time we realized what was happening, she was already onto other tables. She realized towards the end of the meal she forgot the beverage and yet still charged us. she removed it. But when we explained what our experience was like to her, we made to feel less than. As we left, she muttered under her breath, “it’s because i forgot the tea” which was a passive aggressive response and that set us off. She was disrespectful. She was not sincere. Her apologies felt empty and fake. I guess Bob Evans is a homophobic establishment if this is how we were treated over and over and over again.

Frequent customer but first time at Centerville location. 11am was not busy, order and coffee served quickly but was completely ignored after that. The food was delicious. The extra condiments we requested didn’t come and coffee cups were empty for extended time with no refills. Server never came by to ask how things were or to bring refills. The last biscuit was very dry with no coffee. Server only came by to bring the check and never said a word, no thank you, nothing.
This is not what I’m accustomed to at Bob Evans. Service is normally very good. I’ll be back but definitely a different location.
