Worst Bob Evans experience ever. I was really looking forward to my turkey dinner and what came out was so salty I couldn't eat it. Everything on the plate seemed like it had an entire container of salt dumped on it except the carrots. I didn't get to enjoy the carrots. Also the onion rings were non existent. $5 for 4 onion rings. Wtf 😡

Wow! This is the first time in a long time that we not only got everything we ordered, but everything was fresh. ??Please, no offense Bob Evans, but after going to Bob Evans restaurants for over 50 years, the food, cleanliness, and customer service all have taken a nose-dive over the past 2 decade. Today, was amazing! PLEASE keep this up, as the family doesn't ever want to see Bob Evans close their doors.
Appreciate the manager working hard to get the order together.
During meetings, maybe bring up giving away more free smiles, as it doesn't cost anything but a conscious effort & some face muscles. You got this! ????

Ordered dinner for husband @8:15..thru DoorDash. Order confirmation @8:16.. order then cancelled @8:53... Called store and was told by manager Angela that I didn't know how to order now mind you I run the DoorDash at my store was told that she can't cancel orders which just for everyone's information they can cancel they can also give
you refunds that just like to push everybody off on the DoorDash so they don't have to deal with it and her attitude was nothing but a straight b**** I will no longer be a customer at Bob Evans

Ordered online. This place was empty but we had to wait 30 min for the order via the website. Some Pancakes were given to us were burned. The burned ones were hidden on the bottom so we couldnt see it. Sausage was cold. This used to be a good place. Not sure what happened here.
Were seated within 2 minutes, then ghosted. Heard manager tell employee we weren't first to walk out on this day. Bob Evans has lost all its down home goodness. Should of went to Cracker

Great customer service and food.
It wasn't edible. We ordered the link sausage and it was some sort of pre cooked mushy mess. It was exactly like the Banquet Brown and serve. They replace with patties which had no flavor. I later found out that they are no longer affiliated with Bob Evans Farms food. They now carry off brand. It was absolutely revolting. I am going to predict they will be out of business within the next few years. They have subscribed to the corporate greed mentality of profit over quality. Tomatoes weren't edible the break was so over cooked it cut my mouth. The hash browns were completely burnt .

By far the worse service experience ,I've had in 46 years. My wife, myself, and grandkid arrived at 730. We ere greated and seated at 745. Mind you there was five customers in the entire restaurant. Another ten minutes passed before we were helped by our waitress. We placed both our food and drink orders . Another ten minutes went by and our food order was brought out. We had to remind the waitress we hadn't received our drinks Two minutes later she returned with our drinks. Didn't apologize for forgetting them. Didn't leave strays. I had to go to the front counter to get them.

The food took a very long time to come to my table & it was cold the french toast, eggs, and bacon was burnt the home fries under cook the servers need a raise they were running around helping each other if I could give the food a zero I would.
