I normally do not leave bad reviews but this Bob Evans deserves this review. I ordered the Wildflower Chicken salad; they no longer have the (half) size so I had to order the full-size. DISGUSTING!!! What a waste of money; the sauce which use to be so flavorful was horrible and the chicken nuggets were hard as rock pebbles; yes, a person could break a tooth trying to eat them. I'm so disappointed and will never go back. Oh, and I was asked to pay a tip at the register and I PICKED UP my own order!!!!

The food was not hot , sausage had no taste, hash browns were about two bites. I expressed my feelings to my server and my breakfast was taken off . My 6 year old great grandson did not eat his food either and said he did not enjoy his food. Not a good experience.
Bob Evans is rolling over in his grave with the crazy they are serving. Brown and serve sausage. And how can a place that is known for breakfast not know how to cook potatoes. No matter which one you go to the potatoes are raw. How is that possible. The place absolutely sucks and will never get another dime from me.

Ordered 2 kids meals and a dinner bell meal to go. Didn't receive either drink for the kids meals and my dinner bell turkey meal was inedible. I didn't receive any mashed potatoes and gravy which is clearly listed in the description as being apart of the meal. Carrots were deflated/flat and looked extremely old. Stuffing was really dark, dry, and barely there. Turkey serving was extremely small. My adult meal looked like the same portion size as the kids turkey meal.

Order carry out from here. Recently (past 3 weekends) they’ve been terrible on customer service…missing multiple items from the order. Had to return to get missed items…no apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, no credit, no nothing…basically just “we’ll re-make it for you, see you in 15 minutes”. Poor management, poor customer service.

Came in for Veterans Day. On the website it said the meal was supposed to be free. I ordered off the special menu and still got charged.
Everyone is doing their best, but just so understaffed. Please tip these people, they are working very hard.
