I’ve only tried about 1 thing here but let me say it was amazing, the taste, freshness, and everything was cooked perfectly. I will say the people working are a little shy and rude but it wasn’t anything horrible they were just young.

We got a burrito, taco bowl, two Quesadillas, two fried oreos, and a birria fry. The food was blessed and was only $72 and change for all the food, it fed my son, wife, her mother and myself.

First-time visitor had seen some pictures of the menu; thought I would give it a try. Got a shrimp bowl and was incredibly disappointed with the serving size. Upgraded to double shrimp and even that, the serving amount was less than what you would typically get at chipotle. $19.00 later with some average guacamole and I won't be returning.

The couple things that I like in retrospect if they were to fix the value of their serving size, was that the shrimp was cooked on order rather than sitting in a warmer, they have lots of different types of sauces, and they have a nice pineapple salsa.

Ordered for the first time yesterday since it’s next to my mail route. I got a Philly cheesesteak burrito and it was very good and hot. However, the serving size is way smaller than I thought. They are more expensive than chipotle. I paid $12.59 for a small burrito. As I stated it was good, but I would like to get what I paid for.

Every time I come here, I feel like I have a different issue with staff. One day I ordered online and made a note about how I wanted a certain topping on top. I went in and it wasn’t on there, and it turns out in wasn’t like I wanted. They argued that I hadn’t specified and that it was my fault, and we argued until they realized they just hadn’t read my order. Another time I went in and tried to use a specific card and the girl couldn’t get it to work. The card was brand new and I knew it still had money on it. She did not try to do anything and just kept saying it declined and that she didn’t know what to do. These are just the last 2 times I’ve had issues, but I’ve had several more. I absolutely love the food but may have to switch to Qdoba if the service doesn’t improve. I work in a similar setting, so please either train your employees more to be more kind and on top of food and customer service, or hire staff that will be and do so.

Basic Display

Started off well, even had an employee recommend me the Nashville hot chicken burrito.
When our food was ready we began to eat, bit into frozen meat not even half way through our meal. This disturbed me, I asked for it to be remade as it was cold.
To which the employees responded by sticking their (gloved) fingers, 3 inches into my food to feel if it was cold, then applying pressure on them with the backs of their fingers. They said they’d take care of it and argued to each other for minutes after brought me back the very same food (I had took a bite out of it so I was able to recognize) the food they put their fingers in and told me I need to eat this. To try, because it was no longer so cold due to them pushing the outer warmer layer down onto it. I told them no I did not want to eat it as they had their hands in it and they argued before making more…. That was STILL COLD
Yes it was a new dish from the fryer I watched them do it this time, YES it was still frozen.

I pulled out the frozen piece and showed them the inside was not done (CHICKEN)

They stated they don’t get complaints and they have been cooking this food the same way and nobody says anything.

We asked for a manager, after 10 minutes of back and fourth the manager calls the store and we are able to speak. We ask for a refund for our meal which was 1/4 eaten as we stopped due to the frozen UNSAFE undercooked food. We were denied a refund only for the one item that was frozen. At this point we had lost our appetite and wanted to leave. We left with $7 refund from a $50 meal that went into the trash. 2/10 would not recommend

We went in ordered our food and they tried to feed us chicken that was still frozen! And when we tried to ask for them to recook some they put their fingers in it and brought it back to us and to try it again AFTER their fingers had been all over it. The two girls there were rude and rolling their eyes as if it’s not their problem they served us cold food. They remade it great but this one was frozen as well! The chicken was still icy. Tried to get our meal refunded because who wants to be in a restaurant where there are rude employees and after biting into frozen chicken, your appetite is gone and your stomach is turning. Tried getting a refund and she refused asked to speak to the person in charge got them on the phone and the manager denied refunding our food even after telling her all this and what her employees are doing and saying. Stay away from this one people this store location is the worse one you will ever go to.
