Upon opening recently there was improvement in the overall operation. At least they seemed to care and try. That all disappeared QUICKLY. I was unable to get my food prepared for MANY reasons. Sadly, once more, our area is left with a "pretend" BK. At best ... This place is truly pathetic.

First time back under new management/ownership.??WELL DONE!! We drove-thru and Brendyn did a great job taking the order (would only suggest he repeat the order after taking. Other than that, he is a blessing to this business)! The team that got the order together didn't miss any items and ALL items were correctly made. Excellent customer service rarely runs people off.? Thank you!We are glad it has been purchased and reopened!We hope this continues and BK stays in Centerville. ????
They had a grand reopening while I was here the food was amazing the service was on point and the whole thing was amazing I will definitely be coming back here.
