First time back under new management/ownership.??WELL DONE!! We drove-thru and Brendyn did a great job taking the order (would only suggest he repeat the order after taking. Other than that, he is a blessing to this business)! The team that got the order together didn't miss any items and ALL items were correctly made. Excellent customer service rarely runs people off.? Thank you!We are glad it has been purchased and reopened!We hope this continues and BK stays in Centerville. ????

Why is it so difficult to buy food here ?They have a sign posted that they are short staffedBut always have employees just hanging outI miss being able to have burger king !!!

Awful experience. I left after ten minutes of no one taking my order. They came on speaker to say "one minute" then nothing. After 8 minutes they took cars in other lane and wouldn't respond to me.

Absolutely repulsively malicious staff and I will be taking it up to corporate. Refused to serve us after being rude to us on the speaker and not listening when we pulled up to the window. I have a medical condition and need to eat when I need to eat. This behavior was completely disgusting and she needs to be addressed. She is an old woman with a witch nose and a long blonde ponytail working the drive thru. Didn't seem polite enough to be management, so management, please don't keep giving her chances when you know all the reviews are about her!!!

Very slow. First I sat at the drive through Kenny for just under 10 minutes. Then they did not seem to want anyone sitting at the drive through window where they could be seen. Had me sit at the 1st window, that was obviously not being used, until they waved out of the 2nd window for me to pull forward. They then took my payment, handed me drinks, and had me pull up to the sidewalk. 30 seconds later they walked out with my food. Why didn't I just stay at the window for those 30 seconds? No napkins, no sauces as requested, no onions on one Whopper as there should have been. Poor service, and a very weird situation in all.
