Ordered a pepperoni pizza to be delivered. Pizza delivered was a supreme. Called the store to tell them about the mistake and was told they would make the correct pizza and bring it to us. The pizza was never delivered. Will never recommend this store or order from them again!! đĄ

This was one of the most disappointing pizzas Iâve had in my entire life. What happened to cassanos? This used to be one of my favorites. I visited here on Easter Day and ordered a large big cheese with pepperoni added for pick up. I was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in 15 and had to wait an additional 5. There was nobody else there. Cashier was underwhelming and didnât offer plates or napkins. I was so shocked when i got home and opened the box. Grease was literally pooled on top of the pizza. I could see there was an attempt to cut the pizza, but the pizza cutter did not penetrate the crust. I essentially had to rip my pizza into pieces. But I was SO hungry and I wasnât going back!!! The pizza was SO salty. The cheese wasnât browned on top. The crust was unsurprisingly soggy and grease dripped down my hands 𤢠my stomach was a wreck for DAYS after consuming this pizza. I will be avoiding cassanos in the future to save myself from needing a triple bypass.

We have gotten from this location for a long time and it was always good. We spent almost $100 on Sunday to treat my family who hasnât had this in 10 plus years and it was extremely disappointing. All you could taste was salt. We threw over half of it out. I talked so highly of this location to just be disappointed. I should have went with Jets over this one like they requested but I vouched how great this was. I was very wrong. We will not be going back again. We will most certainly taking our business to the competitors.

Ordered take out. There was nearly no sauce, cheese or pepperoni on my medium pizza. I was craving the salty crust pizza I remember from back in the day. I was so sadly disappointed. It was so dry due to lack of sauce I couldnât even finish it.

Don't order from the centerville location. Their phones don't work and you'll get your food 60 mins passed the projected 60 mins. Corporate don't seem to care either.

Corporate, PLEASE come observe this Cassano's in Centerville. They need help. It used to be really good. The food was the worst I've ever seen it, and I've been going to Cassano's for 40+ years. The store didn't have the ability to do 2 hand-tossed pizzas (like we ordered), but they decided to make us a thin-crust and 1 hand-tossed. They gave us $5 off. Thanks.
We went and picked up the order, opened the hand-tossed pizza box at home, and immediately noticed a huge difference in the appearance of the hand-tossed. We don't know what happened, but the outer 3"-4" had some sort of substance on it all around. Someone in the family thought it looked like a worker might have spilled something on it. ?ââď¸ No one will eat it. Both pizzas and the breadsticks were soggy, too. ? We called the Call Center, and the fabulous guy that answered gets a 5 star review (thank you, whomever you were). But unfortunately, the night is left with me figuring out dinner for everyone, as it's getting taken back.
Sincerely, Corporate...PLEASE go fix this location asap. I want to continue ordering Cassano's, but it will be a long while before I ever do. Thanks!
**After the pizza and breadsticks were taken back, we were told it was a bunch of garlic butter poured on it. Please, workers, go out into the dining area. Take a look at the old photos. Those people worked hard to give Cassano's a good name. We want to see this restaurant stay open. Corporate, again, please step in and see what can be done to make this branch produce quality and present pizza that represents more than just food, but a history of hard work. Maybe pay the people more, if that helps motivate them to try harder. Maybe have weekly meetings? Something, to get the staff to enjoy giving their best. Thanks?

This is the BEST location! I ate both medium pizzas that I ordered and didn't share because it was so good!! Staff is very friendly.

Placed a pickup order and when I arrived 30-35 minutes later as instructed the manager told me they forgot to make one of the two pizzas ordered and were just now putting the second in the oven. Had to wait another 20 minutes with no apology.
