Chicken is always over cooked and burnt and they are rude when the chicken is black that bad for you this is the worst hothead I have been to they need to know how to cook and not over cook that leads to cancer!

This place never disappoints. The guacamole, the Nachos, tacos and everything is great

I've eaten here twice and enjoyed it both times. The three tacos plate is really tasty, a good amount of food, and the meat is grilled perfectly. The margaritas, chips and salsa are great too. Personally, the beans are a bit bland. Customer service is courteous, efficient, keeps drinks filled, yet leaves you to eat your meal in peace. The tables and chairs have pretty artwork. I consider Chiapas my new go-to whenever I'm craving more authentic type Mexican food at a casual sit-down place.

Hands down to the best mexican place in town. Not fancy and focuses on food quality.

I’m not usually one to be picky but I ordered takeout with high hopes and was very disappointed. The burrito was just ok and it had very large chunks of raw onion which ruined it.I ordered the jalapeño poppers and they were cold and soggy we couldn’t even eat them and on top of that we were supposed to get 5 of them but one of the “poppers” was a chicken nugget!Sadly I won’t be returning and feel that it was a waste of $30.

Stopped here February 20 4 o'clock in the afternoon for a quick late lunch with my sister Quick seating ( non peak time ) Taco Tuesday $1.99ea on street tacos or hard shells. Decent tacos and pretty good service. Cold Michelob Ultra on tap. No happy hour drink prices. Wobbly booth table needs adjusted / fixed. Need to address their audio sound system, it was painful to endure

Great taco Tuesday deals! However the tacos were average, meat was dried out and kinda bland. The service was great, the place is small but quick, they do get you in and out.

Good in the past but Friday night it was awful. Salsa tasted like tomatoes out of a can, fajitas had absolutely no flavor. Only good thing was a frosted beer glass.

This is our go-to casual Mexico eating place. The food tastes very good. Stuffs there are friendly. The $2 taco Tuesday is a good deal. The EL Pastor is a blast!

This time the service was lacking. We asked for more water and was never brought more. It was like they had forgotten about us.
