My friend an i ate at ur store today abt noon (i dont hav my receipt as ur staff took from me to fill my ordee ) near Sugarcreek shopping ctr on Wilmington Pike in Centerville or Kettering i think. We we able to place order promptly as there was no line.
I got coffee right away at counter an we sat down. After some time no food had arrived an then a emp. came to our table and askd if we had received our food---No. Then he askd me for my receipt to fill my order. In 2-3 minutes a tray arrivrd with the food. But the fries were cold, sandwich cold, and lettuce on sandwich was turning black. I tore off all the pieces of blk lettuce and took to counter and gave to Cory the Mgr. He gav me a card for a sandwich my next visit.

Always seems to be an issue EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. Ordered my breakfast sandwich this morning and they didnt even put it on the biscuit??? No call or message asking for a sub or just simply refunding me for the item. Now im stuck with food that I dont want and cant get a full refund. It's absolutely ridiculous. DoorDash has BEEN going down hill but the quality of service at this location recently is VERY disappointing. I hate complaining but it’s frustrating when every time you order there is a problem.

Don’t count on a peaceful, relaxing lunch! When we sit in the sunny area on the left front of the restaurant, we hear employees taking orders for the drive thru and get interrupted 6-10 times asking if we need anything. Today, we sat in the main dining area, near the window and could not hear each other over the employees loudly having evaluations or conversing three tables away. Did they not put in an employee work area in with the remodel? It seems now the whole dining room is the work area. And, it is getting worse with time instead of better. Louder, larger groups of employees and less concern for customers. Additionally, our food was merely warm, not hot. Not sure we will be back after this visit.

Used to be the best in town. Been here for breakfast two times in the last couple of weeks, both times the food was cold. I cannot eat cheese if it's not melted and cold eggs are horrible. Always thought Stroop was the worst, now not so sure.

Just went through the drive thru as my wife wanted to try the new key lime lemonade. That was the only thing we ordered and our total was 2.94. When we received the beverage, it was small, and mostly filled with ice. This is all I got for 3.00? 3.00???? About 6 sips and it was gone and now just the remnants of ice left. Chick Fil A really? For what I received it was worth 1.49, if that I pretty much paid for a cup of ice and just a taste of key lime lemonade For that kind of money it should have been a large with half as much ice. The fleecing of America continues……sad
