No Play Area. The customer service was top notch as usual. They were out of kids toys but offered an ice cream instead as a substitute, which was nice of them. The main reason I take my kids to Chick-fil-A, is so they can play inside. So it's disappointing that this one doesn't have a play area. Other than that, no complaints.
My friend an i ate at ur store today abt noon (i dont hav my receipt as ur staff took from me to fill my ordee ) near Sugarcreek shopping ctr on Wilmington Pike in Centerville or Kettering i think. We we able to place order promptly as there was no line.
I got coffee right away at counter an we sat down. After some time no food had arrived an then a emp. came to our table and askd if we had received our food---No. Then he askd me for my receipt to fill my order. In 2-3...
Don’t count on a peaceful, relaxing lunch! When we sit in the sunny area on the left front of the restaurant, we hear employees taking orders for the drive thru and get interrupted 6-10 times asking if we need anything. Today, we sat in the main dining area, near the window and could not hear each other over the employees loudly having evaluations or conversing three tables away. Did they not put in an employee work area in with the remodel? It seems now the whole dining room...
