Chicken Salad Chick

Tried the chicken salad for the first time last month while on a trip for work in Acworth Georgia. I love it. This week I went to Cleveland Ohio just to get some, I live in Erie Pa so yes it's definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend.

The food is very good, but the quality control is very poor. I have found hair in my chicken salad on 2 occasions. Unfortunately it was on a takeout order so no way to quickly fix it since I dont live close by, so had to find something else to eat. If they can fix this and respect the food and serve their customers properly treated food, this would be a great spot.

I ordered fancy Nancy and cranberry Kelli. I was disappointed in Nancy, it didn't have any grapes, had 1 small piece of apple and the pecans were chopped so small I couldn't even taste them. The Kelli was very good, full of cranberries and shivered almonds nice and crunchy. It was a good amount of food for $12.50. Would go again.

My husband and brother went here today for the Veterans Day deal. My white brother and numerous other white men my husband watched got their free veteran meals to go. My black husband was told his had to be dine in only and they wouldn’t package it for him. Which is not true, as he just watched all the people in front of him including my brother get theirs to go. My husband had to package it himself, definitely will not return. This establishment should be evaluating their employees better to ensure they are not racist.

I finally got to try this place yesterday and if was excellent. ESPECIALLY the customer service. The young lady that waited on me was so very helpful and kind. I told her right off the bat I had never been and she walked around the counter and made suggestions on the menu, offered me samples of everything. The food was great and I even loved the little cookie and whole wheat crackers they gave me! I hope we can get one closer to where I live. I love me some chicken salad and I like how they offer a variety of different kinds!

Great chicken salad. They have multiple twist on what you can get. I had the one with bacon and ranch and it was delicious. Good choices for sides also, mac and cheese, and pasta salad are my favorites. Croissant rolls are good but I would change one thing. Maybe I missed this and will have to ask next time I go in. Can we get the croissant toasted? That would easily make this place a five star stop for a good lunch. Even with out this I would say 4 1/2 stars!

We stopped for lunch and had the Turkey Club with Broccoli Salad ($11.09) and the Chicken Salad Melt with Mac n’ Cheese ($11.09). We ordered at the counter, and our food was delivered to the table after a short wait. The club had two thick slices of turkey and was filled with all the fixings and was very good. The broccoli salad was delicious. The melt and mac n’ cheese was good as well. The orders came with a pickle spear and a small cookie. The place was fairly busy with both dine in and carry out orders. If you like chicken salad, this is a place to visit.

Great food! New manager is super friendly. They take your order and and deliver it to your table. They come back out and make sure you're ok. The fancy Nancy, loaded potato soup, and the Mac n cheese were delicious. Plus there's a cookie at the end. Will come back again!
