Dirtiest place I’ve ever been in. I literally walked up to the counter and walked out. Someone is going to get sick.

Never order delivery or to go from here. I PAID for double protein, double rice etc because i already know they have portion issues, and then receive my burrito and its not even as big as my hand per usual. You really have to be standing over them to get any kind of decent portions, even when you paid for double from the start.

I don't know why I bother ordering from this location anymore. The delivery orders are messed up more often than not. When my wife suggested it today, I said it sounds great unless they get it wrong again. The tacos we got had no rice on them and the burrito bowl was about 60-70% the normal portion size.

If you do order from this location, I'd recommend avoiding their app and using Doordash or something similar. It's much easier to get your money back that way.

Worst Chipotle ever. They are always out of something. Today they were out of cheese, not because they didn’t have it, they just hadn’t replenished the station. When I asked how long until they’d bring the cheese out I was told 30 mins. Unfortunately I’m not exaggerating.

Employee are mopping around and looking miserable… everything is always out, 2 19 year olds and a person with pink hair were acting out of control…. Should probably deal with that.

Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
No matter what time of day, they’re always out of ingredients and painfully slow to replenish them. I’ve waited over 20 minutes in line with only four people ahead of me, consistently. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

We’ve started going out of our way to visit the Kettering location instead. Gave this spot one last chance, and it was just as disappointing. Never again. This has been 4 years ongoing.

Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely.

Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to any other chipotle location. This store has been the most constantly mismanaged location of any franchise that I frequent.

Received wrong order. Tried to call store after a 20 minute drive home. Called and all I got was the runaround with a recording and a chatbot. Never going to this place again.

They were OUT OF EVERYTHING charged me $10 for a little container of chicken and employees gave me a chunk of white rice with no cilantro of any type of seasoning I very disappointed with the atmosphere the service and the lack of food.
