Employee are mopping around and looking miserable… everything is always out, 2 19 year olds and a person with pink hair were acting out of control…. Should probably deal with that.

Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
No matter what time of day, they’re always out of ingredients and painfully slow to replenish them. I’ve waited over 20 minutes in line with only four people ahead of me, consistently. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

We’ve started going out of our way to visit the Kettering location instead. Gave this spot one last chance, and it was just as disappointing. Never again. This has been 4 years ongoing.

Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely.

Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to any other chipotle location. This store has been the most constantly mismanaged location of any franchise that I frequent.

Received wrong order. Tried to call store after a 20 minute drive home. Called and all I got was the runaround with a recording and a chatbot. Never going to this place again.

They were OUT OF EVERYTHING charged me $10 for a little container of chicken and employees gave me a chunk of white rice with no cilantro of any type of seasoning I very disappointed with the atmosphere the service and the lack of food.

I prefer to order online on my lunch break, and I’m starting to wonder why I bother. This is a consistent issue, but for an example, today, I placed an order for 11:10. At 11:08, the app said it was ready for pick up at the shelves (the staff never puts the bags on the shelves, I have to wait for someone to notice me to run to the back to get it). I walk in at about 11:10, wait for a few minutes, they ask my name, and then tell me they’ll start working on it now. Apparently they marked it in their system as completed even though it wasn’t? So my 11:10 order that was ready at 11:08 wasn’t in my hand until 11:17. I only get so much time on my lunch break, I expect better than this.

This location is terrible. Missing ingredients, very small portions, poor ingredient quality, stale chips. If you want chipotle then I suggest driving to a different location.

Edit: I am increasing my review back up to 3 stars. Since this location is convenient for some of my activities, I gave them a few more tries after a long break. I will say the portions have become more normalized for carry out (although in this case it was not a call ahead order so that may be the difference). Food quality has been fine.

This chipotle is the worst in the area. Whenever I come here they are always out of everything. Always out of stuff, understaffed, messy and busy. I have tried to come here multiple times and each time they are out of chips and vinaigrette and they don’t tell you until after you already order so I started asking before I order and they are still out or say it’s for online orders only. What difference does it make if I am ordering online or in person. I am in person wanting to give you my business and you’re telling me I can’t have your product. Ridiculous. Never come here

Tried to get chipotle at 10:48am on Sunday 5/18/25. Doors locked. Staff inside ignoring us. At 10:51am doors are still locked. Last two times I’ve gone to this chipotle they’ve been out of chicken at opening time.

Opened later than posted, dining area dirty and I was the first customer of the day, poorly trained staff, employee said he 'wasn't very good at making burritos' when I ordered a burrito, had to ask for napkins, napkin dispensers empty. Oh and the soft drink dispenser was out of ice. Unbelievably bad.

24 hour update, I'm fairly certain I got food poisoning from the unsanitary conditions at this Chipotle location. Up all night with diarrhea and abdominal pain. This place needs to be inspected by the health dept immediately.

Every time I go here during lunch time, they are out of vegetables and running out of rice and beans. This past time, there was 1 person running the line and cash register while 1 person cooked and 2 other people were in the back talking and sharpening knives.
