Online ordering from Chipotle is a joke 90% of the time but this past experience was the worst. I can't begin to understand why it's so incredibly difficult to just complete the order with the requested portions. I paid an extra $5 for double meat and it doesn't seem like I got one full portion. I'm not one to complain but I won't ever order online again and especially from this location. I can't believe they're still open truthfully. I echo what many say, this is easily the worst chipotle I've ever been to.

Really going downhill. Dont see many biz responses. Out of veg, cheese, sour cream, lettuce n rice. What they did have looked terrible. No clean tables n i was only one in store. Asked for manager said nothing they could d. Countless people cane in n wslked out👎

everytime my boyfriend and i go here, they are out of MULTIPLE things. i would understand if it was every once in a while, but it’s literally every. single. time. easily the worst location i’ve ever been to.

Not the best Chipotle I've been to, but not the worst. Quality goes downhill at this location about an hour before close, which is not common for the area Chipotles. Will drive out of my way to visit another location if I'm not pressed for time. They're always out of something here.

They don't have staff on the weekend it's always like one person taking the orders and the ringing up the bill it's like an 40 min wait even with 5 people in the line

Wasn't happy with experience. Order was placed online, so it was laid out right in front of them to look at again and again if needed or concerned enough to care. But clearly, they didn't because it was all wrong. I downloaded the app to talk to a robot, which ended up providing a partial refund. 🙄 Better than nothing, however, the whole order, with the exception of the bottled drinks, was entirely disappointing. I mentioned to my boyfriend and he said not to order if it's past 6 ..okay I get it but nah if you're open then as a company you should be providing the same care, service, quality at 6:30/7 as you would at 12/1 and if you can't do that for whatever reason then closing earlier would look better! Way better than serving an expensive, poor quality incorrect order from a disorganized & dirty establishment. This isn't my typical Chipolte just ordered from here because I had to pick up an order from Menards and knew it would be easiest to stop at on my way home. Never again.

Okay, and they yet somehow found a way to be even worse by commenting on my review, lol. I can only laugh at the situation at this point. Especially after reading others' comparable reviews. Anyway, they comment and I thought wth I'll go to the provided link and see how it goes....ended up right back at Pepper..the damn robot. They just simply do not care anymore.

I’m writing this review a couple of days after visiting, but the experience was so bad that it’s still fresh in my mind. This is easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to—nothing else even comes close.

The male employee with large earrings seemed like he absolutely hated being there. He was huffing, puffing, and rolling his eyes at every single topping request. His attitude made it clear he didn’t want to take any orders or deal with customers, leaving everyone feeling unwelcome.

To make things worse, there was a notice on the door claiming they were out of rice due to equipment issues, but oddly enough, rice was available when we ordered. However, they had no fajitas and no sour cream, which just added to the frustration. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

EVERY TIME I go into this Chipotle they will say they are out of something. They won't even let you start ordering before they yell, "Just so everyone knows we have no cheese". Well today when they said they were out of an ingredient and everyone got out of line one of the employees actually laughed. Either they are lying because they don't want to do their job or the manager needs to be retrained. I am not exaggerating when I say it is every single time I go into this Chipotle.
