Constantly out of everything. Waited almost 20 minutes in line for them to be out of white rice and chicken.. at 7pm!!! This happens at this location CONSTANTLY. Like others are saying, the worst in the area.

Took 30 minutes to get an order of tacos placed on the app. 15 min past the promised time. The store was a disaster, no ice on the fountain machine. Dirty tables and floors at 2:45 pm. The drink station was a mess. The tacos were ruined by undercooked rice. The rice was crunchy and hard.

This particular location is arguably one of the worst Chipotles around. They are always out of key ingredients, like chicken or cheese, and the employees don’t seem to care one bit. The only way to get more than half your bowl filled is to go in personally - if you order DoorDash from here they will give you almost nothing every time. Go to another Chipotle or don’t go to one at all!

Worst chipotle ever. Order said ready at 130. Was there till 150 and still nothing. Ask to speak to a manger and she refused. Just told the employee to tell us to cancel on line. Like no big deal just cancel. Mind you, after almost 30 min. Staff was on phone and talking in the back. We were looking thru the window to the back and no one was even preparing our food. I hope these employees don't transfer to the new chipotle. Please God no.

I ordered here last night (3/5/2023) for my husband and I. Both of our meals had no meat at all. Also no chips. I am usually not one to complain but this happens almost every single time we eat at this location. Our meals are almost always missing some kind of ingredient that we ordered. If they were out of the meat we had ordered, why not call us and let us know so we could order a different meat?

Big fan of chipotle as we order at least once a week. We have dined in this establishment for months now & have yet to have a visit where our order is met. Either we are told they are out of vinaigrette, chips, sour cream, ice, or some OG chipotle item. The younger men at the front line servicing often lack professionalism & manners. Would at least appreciate being comped chips, or a drink when the order fails to meet standards. We often find ourselves going to the next nearest location for better service, food and atmosphere when this location is minutes away.
This location is absolutely atrocious. We come here at a minimum once weekly & it’s NEVER fails they are out of vinaigrette & chips. I order a salad due to food restrictions as I have gluten intolerance and 90% of the reason we eat here.They want to charge me the full amount for a salad even though they can’t complete the order with the dressing! They have no regard for apologizing for the inconvenience of the items out for the night, they act like it’s no big deal when in reality it is ESPECIALLy when it’s three hours til close. I would understand an hour to close but three hours, unacceptable.In addition, the dining room is always so dirty. There is never a clean table.Dietary restrictions: It’s a great option when they can actually fulfill the request or at least care.

It would be nice to have a verbal heads up that certain ingredients are not available. Instead of waiting for 30 minutes. The place is always filthy and there is never a manager there to speak to.
