I waited in line 20 minutes, portion was way smaller than any other chipotle. To top it off I got a salad but they didn’t bother telling they didn’t have forks. There were spoons but all the employees would say when i asked was they out of fork. Common practice would be to inform someone ordering a SALAD that they didn’t have forks. To top it off once I got where I was going I learned there was no dressing.

This was honestly the worst Chipotle experience I have had. The store was filthy with dishes stacked up everywhere and the overall space looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The food on the line looked like it had been sitting out far too long and was completely dried out.
The line moved incredibly slow even though several employees were standing around and not helping. To make things worse, the chips were stale.
Overall the entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Definitely not the quality or service you expect from Chipotle.

Ordered to go to be ready by noon it was done at 12:15 missing chips and silverware, I even tipped. The lady at the front desk was very rude when I arrived and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. I will drive the extra distance to springboro or Washington township instead of visiting this location

I’m convinced this Chipotle has a personal vendetta against chips. Almost every visit, they forget them. This time I ordered 3 bags and got 1 bag. HOW. The bowls are fine, but the chips are apparently optional here. Check your bag before you leave. 😑

Hands down the worst chipotle in existence. The cashier is always SO rude, and cursed as me during my last (and final) visit here. Mobile orders are always made wrong or are disproportioned (lathered in a gallon of sour cream, half a scoop of all ingredients, etc.).

Judging by all the reviews the responsibility I would say should be on the district manager. Not only are you letting down the community but your employer. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The slowest service, can’t blame the guy at the counter doing his job as he had several other associates chit chatting in the back not helping. The whole store is a mess! Dishes pilling up, trash stacked Do better chipotle this is embarrassing!

TERRIBLE. Ordered online for pickup before work and this is what I received. The bowl was barely half full, almost entirely sour cream, with hardly any black beans or substance at all. It honestly looks like a joke. Portions were completely off and it felt rushed and careless. For the price Chipotle charges, this is unacceptable. If you’re ordering online here, be prepared for wildly inconsistent portions and disappointing quality.
Don't do a mobile order, you will not get what you pay for. This is 1 of 5 bowls that we got that were only 1/4 full. Although it looks like this store does not care about reviews... Go elsewhere

Went at 830 and they wouldn’t open another bag of soft tacos because it was too late in the night. They were so good when they first opened now I have found their quality has dropped and now their service. Very disappointing.

The worst! I love Chipotle and have never had a burrito made so skimpy! My burritos have always been the size of a car battery! Not at this location! I ordered on the app and ordered a 2 burritos and chips with queso. Well the burritos looked like egg roles and the chips bag was 1/4 full. I would guess this is either the work of the franchise owner or Manager, both whom need an education on what every other Chipotle franchise is doing. Mabe go am order at one of the other Chipotle’s and see what you get for your money! The staff at the drive thru window were less than friendly and condescending as well. This will be the 1 and only time I visit this rip off shop.

Consistently the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Employees are always in the back and not available to help guests, everything behind the counter looks disgustingly dirty with dirty utensils, and dishes piled up. I was once at the front of the line and it took at least 15 minutes to make my food. Employees rarely make eye contact and food just isn’t fresh. After multiple chances, I will go out of my way to avoid from now on.
