I did a mobile order and when I went to the window to pick up my food, the girl that handed it to me was an absolute word. I canāt say definitely needs. Her attitude checked food was great though.

The customer's here do not like picking there stuff up and put it in the garbage that is right there when you walk out. Then they go over by the pop machine and act like little babies and just pull out everything and leave there. The staff no problem in cleaning but have some respect and pick up behind yourself you don't have no maids here. Yall not even tipping that great for this bs. I wish I could upload pictures of what yall leave behind, makes us think yall have no house training

It's so funny how low every Chipotle location is rated, and it's always consistent, too. Long live the age of consumers being unwilling to boycott; taking advantage of us has never been easier.

I visit this Chipotle regularly and while it gets the job done, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. The service tends to be slow, especially on weekends and Fridays when it often feels like they're short-staffed. While I donāt expect fine dining standards from fast food, I do believe good food and proper service should still be a baselineāand this location struggles with consistency.
One recurring issue is the spice level of the regular chickenāitās noticeably spicier than expected and can be overwhelming if you're not prepared for it. On the positive side, the staff stays professional and focused, which I appreciate. Thereās no goofing off behind the counter, and the portion sizes are generally well done.
Cashier service is hit or missāsome are quick and courteous, while others seem checked out. Overall, this location is decent if you're craving Chipotle, but don't come in expecting speed or flawless service during busy times.

I found the tables dirty and the floors unswept. The employees acted like they had only their specific job to do and not cover for others. Food okay but was extremely disappointed with store. I finally grabbed some napkins to wipe off a table so we could sit. I wonāt back, sorry.

Freezing in winter because doors open directly and let in cold air constantly.
$3.40 for a drink is nuts.

Had food delivered to me. The bowls barely had any rice at all as well as everything else it should be in the bowl. I ordered it towards the end of their service hours and I'm sure they were trying to spread out the food they already had so they wouldn't have to make more. However, I feel like I was completely ripped off. Will not work from this crap hole again.
Also, I tried contacting the store to talk to the manager but their automated system wouldn't let me through. Sent a message to their corporate and I've not heard anything back. Very poor customer service. But I guess that's why their review rating sucks..

I like Chipotleās food and was really trying to give this location a chance, but they just canāt seem to get their act together. Have been there a dozen times over the last couple of months, and ended up walking out without eating most of those. Most recent was the worst, and the very last. Every table and the floor was filthy, covered with spilled food and trash. This was around 6 pm and looked like the place hadnāt been cleaned all day. Plenty of staff on hand but clearly lacking good management.

I was just there and they gave me little to nothing, they barely gave me a full scoop of food and when I asked for more they would make it seem like iām such a problem with their attitude. Iām still hungry after that ābowlā because they barely would even fill it halfway. Not to mention they tried to give us CLEARLY old looking rice. Iām extremely upset and disappointed in this trip and this chipotle, usually it holds way higher standards then that, I canāt help but feel because iām on the skinnier side they thought they could get away with just barely throwing little to no food in my bowl and call it a day. Not to mention they were rushing me and my mother extremely as if it was a big rushā¦ there was absolutely no one behind us and 1 person even in there eating. least to say i honestly felt so pissed, its lead me to write this and iāve NEVER even done this before but this had me and my mother so upset because she experienced the same things i did.
