They need more help with the mobile orders. I hope a manager sees this and gives credit to Riley. She was wearing a brace on her knee, working so hard to get orders out as fast as she could (while two colleagues were standing around chatting), with a smile on her face. With a work ethic and attitude like that you’ll go places!

A worker rolled a burrito for a customer that was in front of me that had a lot of guac on it. His gloves were obviously nasty from all the guac that came from the burrito. The worker went to get paper towels to WIPE his gloves off instead of changing them. That was so disgusting & lazy for him to do. It’s common sense to just CHANGE the pair of gloves instead of wiping them off. This place has no sense of cleanliness. Where is OSHA & the manager when you need them.

Everything at this Chipitle is too small. Their tortilla chips are so thin that they were all shattered at the bottom of the bag. The opening to the trash can is so small that everyone gave up and just sat their trash on top instead. The lobby is so small that there's no convenient way to get past everyone in line to get your drinks or to get to your seat. The parking spaces are even so small that I could barely open my door. Why is every chipotle horrible lately?

To Whom It May Concern, I recently visited the Chipotle located at 1033 S Main St, Centerville, Ohio 45458 and had a disatisfactory encounter with the manager on duty. The manager, whose name was either Dayne or Dan, treated an employee named Rosneck; I hope I spelled her name correctly, disrespectfully. If I didn’t my apologies but please check my the camera around 5:50 pm. He continuously told her to speed up, even though she was the only food preparer, and belittled her in front of customers. To add when I brought to his attention that I was overcharged for an extra bowl I didn't order, he questioned my claim and didn't offer any assistance. I have 18 years of experience in the food industry and 15 years in management, and I believe the manager's behavior was unacceptable. I kindly suggest that he receive additional training to improve his management skills and customer service.

Cold and stale chips. Cold queso. Fajita veggies were giant pieces and pretty much raw. Given the rest of the ratings and reviews, prob won’t go back. I don’t blame the staff, I blame management. Or lack there of.

This is my third time coming here and I guess 3rd time is the charm, because the order was perfect!
The first shot was shortly after the store opened and my meal was missing toppings and very skimp. They did offer me a replacement for my next visit and it turned out ok! I’ve debated on going back or not and decided to go for it. Was worth it! Gave me the right toppings, including the amount for some toppings that I ordered extra for.

This place is dirty. There’s food all over the counter where they make the burritos there’s empty tables with food all over them where they haven’t cleaned up the places is just dirty. The people act like they don’t know what they’re doing in there. It’s disappointing for chipotle.

The one time we ate there the food was good but been back 3 times and walked out. 6 to 10 people in line each time and only one person preparing orders, seemingly with no training. Ridiculously understaffed!

My partner submitted an online ordered yesterday (8/25/24) at around 6:25pm. It stated the order would be ready for pickup at 6:40pm. I arrived at exactly 6:40 to a very crowded restaurant. The line to order was very long (as expected since this location just opened up less than a week ago), however to my dismay, I realized another long line of customers also waiting for pick-up orders. There were at least 7 people already ahead of me waiting on an order when I arrived. This created such a crowded atmosphere as there was no appropriate area for those who were waiting to wait. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes past my original pick-up time for my order to be completed. I'm not sure how they fulfill orders online, but it did seem that they were prioritizing the line in store to order. There was a very large gap between pick-up orders fulfilled. When I finally got to eat my food, it was made as expected but not very hot.
My main complaint here is wait time. This might be improved over time with training and hiring, so I'll definitely go back to give this location another try in a couple of weeks and I'll update my review if it's been improved.

Way too long of a wait
Waited 30 extra minutes for a pickup order that was missing food and had my sause spill out ruining the rest of my food.

I placed an online order for the drive-through, and SHOCKINGLY, it was exactly right and ready when we arrived. THIS IS AMAZING FOR A CHIPOTLE. (Most locations can't even be bothered to make your order half wrong and 10 minutes late.)
