I'm a huge coffee fan. I decided to go caffeine free. The thing about people who want decaf coffee is that we really love coffee. We aren't just drinking it for the effect. The problem with most coffee shops is that their decaf coffee is usually an afterthought and pretty gross. ContempoRoast isn't like that. I love that this coffee shop doesn't overlook tea lovers. We're hooked on the iced milk oolong tea with a little honey; it has a complex flavor with floral notes. We enjoy watching the baristas make it—they brew it fresh with loose-leaf tea. Love seeing them treat tea as a craft. We also enjoy their iced chai latte. This coffee shop is amazing!! My friends and I tried it on a whim the other day and I’ve been back twice since then! I literally drive 30 minutes from Dayton to come here, the coffee and matcha are both really really good and the brown sugar pastry is delicious! The baristas are super super nice and welcoming and are great with questions and recommendations. I’d recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the area!
