Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Centerville

Music was too loud- and not the mood I was looking for- I struggled to hear my husband sitting right next to me. And I'm not elderly nor do I have hearing issues. Food was excellent as always, and service was superb.

Our server Ben is the best! He always takes great care of us! Always has great recommendations and helps with those of us with dietary issues.

The food was delicious, as usual. We had Drunken shrimp as an appetizer, per our server's recommendation. It was fantastic. We had the mahi mahi dinner, paired with the lux white meritage. YUM!

Our entrees were delicious. The server was excellent. I rated the ambience lower because tables were not cleared promptly when diners left. The table closest to us had dirty dishes on it the whole time we were there. It was a Friday night and they must have been short of staff.

Coopers Hawk food is delicious! We received complimentary champagne for our anniversary! Super nice!

Very good food. Our waitress had three new tables sat within minutes. We had already ate our appetizers before we ever got to order.

Very poor service. Had a reservation, but got seated 20 minutes late. It was 15 minutes after seating before a server came to the table. Food and drinks came out very slowly. Very long time between visits by the server with lots of empty glasses.

The Parmesan crusted medallions are our favorite! We were celebrating our anniversary! The server was attentive but also made us feel like we could enjoy the evening. We were given complimentary champagne to celebrate! A great date night or celebration spot!

Three of us celebrated our birthdays with a lunch here yesterday. We had a great time. The food was excellent, and our server was attentive without being intrusive- a skill many haven't mastered yet. I fear we were the ones contributing to the noise leveln as we caught up with each other over the last several months, and exchanged our birthday gifts around the table!! Will definitely return.

Wine tasting was amazing. Tony was so friendly and informative. Food was also very good as far as taste, timeliness and temperature. One issue however was the portion irregularity. Two people had the pork chops. One serving was much smaller. Service was great by Jenna Z. The price of side salads is outrageous! $15 for a wedge salad-could feed two, but that is still expensive. Give the customer a price reduction when they purchase and entrée. Finally, we had a reservation for 7:15 and waited 30 minutes before being seated. Not acceptable.

Granddaughter really enjoyed her lunch, as she knew what to order, because she had eaten there many times before. I had the filet mignon, was not as tender as I thought it should be. But our Drunken Shrimp as an appetizer was to die for. All and all, was a great experience. Would try again.

The food and service were amazing. It was very loud in the restaurant and had no music or anything else you could hear.

We had a great time this past weekend. I had the salmon and my partner had the mahi mahi. Both were fantastic along with the brussel sprouts appetizer, which is always our favorite. Nick was a server and he we great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. I had some special dietary requests in which he made sure I received. We are wine club members and always enjoy our dining experiences at Cooper's Hawk!
