Really great waiters! Ours was named Kyle and he was awesome! Have a nice ambiance in the restaurant with dimmed lights.

First time visiting. The food and service was excellent.

My mashed potatoes came to the table cold. They brought me another serving. My wife's steak was under cooked. The sever should have sent the manager to our table.

6:15 reservations but arrived an hour early to do wine tastings. Was able to get a spot easily which is rare. Had bar seating which was fine. Had the salmon which was very good

Survive was great her name was Lauren. I ordered the filet medium it came out on the high end of medium well nearly cooked through. I tried it to see if it was passable and it was tough. The server graciously offered to have it remade and it came out rare like very rare. Obviously there's either a lack of skill in the kitchen or perhaps a bit of aggression. I personally don't want to have someone who's angry at me for expecting to get what I ordered so I opted to not have it brought up to temp and I skipped it. I will be in town for two weeks and love a steak but would definitely not recommend this restaurant. Which is unfortunate because it's right near the home 2 suites. Oh well.

Have eaten here many many times. Food always good, never a problem. Yesterday tho I lit was sub par. Asked for medium rare meat, came overly cook almost burnt. Husbands chicken you could have rung the grease out. By time server came back it was too late to have him do anything about it tho he did offer. Might be awhile till we go back for dinner. Drinks were good tho!

Anyone that decides to eat at Coopers Hawk ask to be seated in Ben's area. He is a great server. You won't be disappointed. Also the pork chops and the Ahi Tuna is great.

Busy place but the service was great. Food was prepared well and according to our wishes. It was delivered with appropriate timing and proper temperature. The wine paired nicely with the entrees. The only issue was the noise level. It was high enough that sometimes I had to shout conversations across a two party table. But still It was a nice evening with great food.

The wine tasting room folks make it right every time. They are the only reason i come here. (And seldom if ever mess up). The kitchen is one out of ten. The last two dining experiences i have sent back. The first time made right and comped (which was more than expected). The second i got a very hot plate but still cold food as the fix. I was given an excuse that ignored the fact i wanted a hot meal. The management is 50/50 when the kitchen or bar fails. I very seldom eat at this location in the 4 years i have been doing tastings. These two instances are just the tip of the iceberg.

Excellent food, staff, and ambiance. Robin is great and attentive. Love the ahi tuna but not a fan of the Wasabi cream. Regular Wasabi would be just fine.
