Dairy Queen (Treat)

I was here a few weeks ago and I ordered online and for some reason it wasn’t popping up on their screen and they didn’t even try to fix the problem. They just made me wait while they were doing other orders and it wasn’t even busy. Their manager didn’t even bother to help, she just said that they didn’t have my order in the system and they couldn’t help. I was also at the right location.

I have gluten allergy but I love having their sundaes and their dilly bars. Those are gluten free and they have a dairy free dilly bar if you are dairy free.

Inside dining and ordering is practically impossible. I feel for the employees and think they must have hearing issues with all the noise from the Blizzard machines. It was impossible to order without shouting. Order was placed for three minis and one small. We got four minis. Had to ask for the small to be remade. One of the minis was about an inch short. Just not what I remember DQ being in the past. Very sad that it was as bad an experience as it was. For your employees, please consider making it a better working environment at least in terms of the noise. They’re going to be deaf or have tinnitus in less than six months with that noise!!

I saw how the manager was treating an employee and she yelled at him horribly, but this was not the first time, last time she was yelling again at him and heard her say rude stuff to this other employee. This makes her services toward me super bad! and she was on a bad mood, horrible service!

Love this place. There was a mishap with my order and they fixed it no problem!

Your employees need to learn the different between caramel and peanut butter sauce. I ordered a caramel sundae and by the time I got in the car and drove down the street I realized it wasn't caramel. It was not good and what a waste of money.

Friendly staff, super clean, and the soft-serve...Well it's DQ..it's gonna be good.

I'm sick of these foreigners taking over out restaurants,I asked the lady for a fish I even spelled it out for her, when I pulled up to the window she gave me an ice cream sandwich?we need to stop worrying about illegals many miles away and address this issue!! Wake up America!

what are these hours?! normally people crave sweets late at night. also the fact that their drive thru closed earlier is beyond the fact

First the Pros: the Blizzards are always good; I typically get the fluffernutter, the people are kind.
Second the Cons: I have never been inside at this location, so I cannot judge on that atmosphere. However their lot atmosphere is a little dark in the drive through, the front entrance is very steep and I’ve scraped the underneath of my car on it (car is regular height off the ground for a sedan). Food has not been very appetizing. And finally Dairy Queen is decently expensive when you think about it.

Staff is great, take my kid in there once every so often and ice cream taste amazing!
