The customer service was absolutely horrible. My friend ordered something and they put in the order wrong. They then proceeded to give the order away. When we told them about their mistake, instead of correcting it, they insisted that we return the one that THEY GAVE AWAY. Don’t come here, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Ice cream is good and with real creamy taste I think it tastes better then other Dairy Queens. This Dairy Queen is always clean and people working here are always friendly.
When you order an Oreo blizzard, there should be Oreos in it. I'm not just talking about quantity (which was low), I'm talking about actual product. There was not the tiniest bit of cream filling. They were just chocolate cookies of some sort.If you are out of a product, say you are out. If you have a substitute product, let the customer be the decider on whether or not they want to do that.

My mobile order didn’t show up on their computer and the manager was very short with me and unhelpful. I figured out on my own I had ordered at the wrong store (first time using the app). Thankfully I called the Springboro Pike store and they were so sweet and helpful and canceled my order. I was just taken back by how rude the manager at the Centerville store was to me. The other worker was kind and and I reordered my ice cream, minus being able to use the coupon I initially wanted to use in the app.

Super fast and friendly. I walked in and got my blizzards in about two minutes. Got to try some of the fall blizzards to share, with girlfriend. Made a mini flight with smores, snickerdoodle, and pumpkin pie. They were all super good!
