My wife placed an order a couple weeks ago for pick up and we came in with our daughter to pick up the order. There was only 2 other people in the store who had already been helped and they were waiting on their orders. After about a minute an older man, maybe late 60s to 70s, came to the counter and had asked what we were there to pick up. The man had no teeth and was standing about 2 or 3 feet away from me across the counter and I was able to smell his abhorrent breath from where I was standing. He made the situation very uncomfortable for both me and my wife. We ended up not even eating the pizza because we were worried if he had made it. I'm not sure if that employee was on drugs or not because the way he was acting and walking around was very off-putting. After a few more minutes a younger man in a polo shirt who we had seen running around the kitchen prior had come up to the counter and helped ring out the order. He was polite and even apologized for the wait but that couldn't make up for my interaction with the older man. We would definitely come back if we knew that the older man wasn't working. He ruined the overall experience for us and we ended up eating elsewhere. I honestly do not believe that the older man should be employed by this establishment.

All I ordered was a half order of cheese bread and the cinnamon sticks. I got it delivered and the delivery guy was great. But all of my food was burnt. Not so good when all you taste is burnt dough. If it comes out burnt just re-make it. It's so irritating to crave something and then pay 16$ for it, tip the driver and then open it up for it to be burnt and not enjoyable. Thanks Donatos š

We ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and wings online. It was ready before they said, which was great. It was fresh. The pizza was good but the breadsticks are bland. As in absolutely zero seasoning. Some garlic and butter would do wonders. The wings were also good but the sauce (bbq) wasnāt great. It was too bland for my taste and just overly sweet. Very nice people, though. Overall good experience. Not busy at all for it being a little after 5. Probably a bit pricy for what you get.

Horrible experience today!! We frequent our local Donatos. Tonight was ridiculous was told my pizza would be ready at 7:50 p.m. I was right on time as I was picking it up. The girl told me oh I donāt think thatās in yet I am thinking perfect it will be hot and fresh I paid then I sat on the bench right in front of the register my pizza was up for almost 20 minutes people came in after me got theirs. I then observed and mentally noted the girl who had her back to me with the blue gloves on touching her face, hair and even pulled her ear bud out her ear and put it in back in then picked a song on her phone and didnāt take her glove off I wasnāt going to say anything but after I sat there 15 minutes I finally interrupted her jam session knowing that was my pizza that had been up almost 20 minutes at this point I thought surely she didnāt forget that I just paid the cash for my order and am literally sitting right in front of their register so I look at the time realize itās 8:16 her to ask if that was pizza sitting right in the window it was and had been sitting there almost 20 minutes. Manager was standing there doing nothing. And to make it worse she said āThey were slowā and got it home after confirming several times the order was going to be made right for it to be wrong. Tried to call to get it replaced called the store directly and they didnāt want to answer. Call center noted it. I will be calling corporate and the gm in the morning. I work hard for my money and everything about this order tonight. Time and money wasted. Pics posted for proof and it was suppose to be half marachi beef and half with just the marachi chicken no tomatoās or jalapeƱos. The girl also forgot my sour cream which I asked for. I didnāt even want the pizza remade tonight after watching her touch her face and stuff with her gloves on which she finally acknowledged me and handed me the pizza she still had them on to cut and box someone elseās food. Gross š¤¢. Disappointing. And not the service we are use to.

Everything about Donatos was great very nice & clean including the restroom! The staff was awesome from the time me & grandson walked through that door they were nice and welcoming. It was windy and cold and raining that day but going inside there made that distressed feeling go away. After waiting for our freshly made pizza a young lady came from behind the counter and brought us our pizza she was so nice we drank ice water while we waited the Ice water was great too! I usually don't give 5 stars but this restaurant deserves it and I thank you kindly my grandson left no remains he loves Donatos pizza and they made it just the way he likes it perfect!

I genuinely wish I could do zero stars. Personally knowing the GM and knowing how he treats his employees and management is just appalling. Iām shocked he treats any customer with respect. He quite literally admitted to giving his employees food poisoning please think twice about getting food here you never know what heās doing to those pizzasš¤·š»āāļø

Placed an order on 1/12/2025 at 11:44 am for pickup at 12:14pm on the mobile app. I show up at that time, and there is literally NO ONE there. Doors were locked and lights were off. Why allow me to place the order if nobody was working???

Ordered large pizza for delivery and they gave it to the wrong house I called to ask where my order was as I couldn't find anything on the app even saying it had been delivered and the manager told me she gave it to a house that had the exact address as ours but the numbers were switched. Kind of annoying but it's an understandable mistake and the food is great. Just wish I didn't have to walk a block to go get my food from the wrong house.

Delivery was from Doordash or some other delivery company. Pizza box was left on the ground. Also, would it be possible to put a little sticker on the front lip of the box so we can knownif it happened to be opened? People who don't work for donatos will typically have less interest in providing the best customer service as their just trying to deliver as many as possible. Having my food left on the ground is unacceptable.
