Ordered delivery online and had the pleasure of it coming from this location (wish it let me pick), after about 90 minutes I called the location 3 times about 5 minutes apart and nobody answered the phone. The third time they actually picked up the phone and hung up lol. It was a Sunday night so not like it's a busy time. Pizza arrived like 15 minutes later with no call back. I've had issues with this location in the past. Try to avoid this location. Bad management. Upper Donato's management doesn't really care either.

I visited shortly after they opened on January 20th, '24Bathrooms were not tidy, but, more importantly, they WERE clean.Service was professional.Small pizza was like I ordered, well done, hot and very good.Overall good place.

Love Donato’s but this location is way understaffed and the service is bad. Had a pickup order and when I got there they said they had to fulfill a 40 pizza order they just received so they’d be cancelling a lot of other pickup orders. There were a lot of angry customers in line waiting for a refund. It’s been about 12 days and the refund they said they had gave has yet to show up at all in my account. Avoid this location. The ones in West Carrollton or Springboro are better.

SO BAD. Our order was supposed to be ready at 11:50 and we walked out at 1:00. Missed half the Ohio State vs Michigan game. Horrible experience. Workers seemed upset, one didn’t show up and one was late. Never go to this donatos absolutely atrocious. Hopefully food is good cause the service sure wasn’t. Everyone waited over an hour for their food. We were the last. No apologies either.
This branch is my favorite and Pizzas are great too. Staff is very friendly and always patiently listens to my orders and prep it to perfection. Definitely recommend this place!!

I placed an order from paragon road centerville ohio the store made both steak and marinara subs were made wrong I called to replace my food but when I asked the manager what comes on a steak and cheese marinara sub he said I was rude when he was the rude one so don't ask him what comes on their food he will be rude someone needs to replace the manager

From Chicago, it is hard for me to enjoy pizza elsewhere. Online ordering site eas easy to use and was met with friendly staff! Recommended this location ?
