I am amazed that a company such as this can stay in business with such horrible customer service and lack of concern! How does a call center take an order, confirm the order and the store location and after waiting the requested 15 min lose my order! Go to store only to be told “ sorry we don’t have your order are you sure you didn’t tell them far hills?” I showed my phone and the number I called . I was told if you want to wait 10 min we can make your pizza. Nope haven’t been home in 13 hours I need to get home! Called the call center back and was told sorry that happened…can’t explain it. So I ask for someone who has the authority to be more proactive. Was given the store manager, young “dude” Who sounded like he had no business being a manager! Told me I could call tomorrow and speak to the district manager…lol. Needless to say the much anticipated pizza never happened and no one gave a darn. Won’t order a Donatos…ever!

I wish I could give the no stars, I called at 8:50pm to order a pizza and told him specifically that I was technically out of his range and it would tell him to send me to Beavercreek. I asked and very persistently made sure it was ok and asked 3 times that it was ok and he instituted that it was ok. I proceeded to place my order and he said that it would be here at 9:30pm so approximately 40-45 min. I then waited till 9:25pm and get a text that my order was cancelled. I then called and proceeded to ask the same dumb employee that took my order if my order was canceled or if that was an error. He said I’d have to call Beavercreek and order a pizza that they couldn’t accommodate for my order. They now will never never see me again and I will highly advise and recommend to not use this location and to go out of your way to use another location. Terrible customer service.

We had a gathering and needed four pizzas. I called earlier in the day and requested them for a specific time that evening. They csme on time snd the food was great! I have always been very happy with the Donatos on Feedwire Rd.

Placed and order online at 2:42. confirmation said the time 3:23. I understand it’s approximately to be delivered around that time. I called this location to check on the delivery status or to check on the safety of the driver and I was rudely hung up. The food arrived at 4pm. I already made a complaint to Donatos online.

Great food but terrible service when you call to order! It's sad because I love their pizza. Today we were on hold for 30 min and the person that answered the phone couldn't find our address and we're less than a 1/2 mile away, so we canceled our order. I think it's an answering service :(

Since moving to Ohio this probably the best offering of pizza to order.
I have never experienced such poor customer service. I called to see how much longer it was going to be for my order as it was almost an hour late. All I received from the so called manager were excuses…….no driver, called doordash and he has no control, he wasn’t the person who told me when it would be delivered, beyond rude!!! When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and I’m sure it had been sitting there for at least an hour. This Donatos (Feedwire) has gone downhill. 0 Stars!

Call center is a joke, hard to understand her, screwed up my order so it was wrong, told me wrong about the 20% off coupon, and they now use doordash for delivery so pizza was cold. Overall a very poor experience and won't do it again.

Ordered online for delivery. No where until after i paid did it say it could be delivered by door dash. Called the store to cancel as soon as it told me door dash was delivering my order. Was told i couldn't cancel and then promptly hung up on. Will never order Donatos again.

On a Sunday morning at 11:30 I placed order online. Picked up at 11:45. Clearly, they were not busy!When I opened my 12 piece box of wings, I was seriously disappointed! Not only was the appearance awful, they were dried out and tasteless. Also got the baked steak sub which was also tasteless and the gravy on it had congealed! Yuck!!Too many other places to get food from to waste my money here again!
