Ordered takeout. $37 for small salad with grilled fish, along with a burger and sweet potato fries. Fries were soggy with absolutely no flavor. This isn’t the first time our takeout order was either wrong in some way or just poorly prepared. Doubledays is a popular & appealing local restaurant with typically good food and service but the meals prepared for take out simply don’t rise to the quality as dining in. Hopefully, things will improve especially considering...
As always the food was yumtastic the service was a bit on the bad side. Our server was very distracted by the larger table next to us and kept going to their table in the middle of speaking to us. He forgot some of our order and so some of ours was made wrong. He just seemed more interested in keeping their table happy.
I'm a bit of of a wing expert and I will tell you I'm eating 20 of these in 5 mins. The only thing I would suggest is a higher spice level option. You toss these in frickers little kicker you have the best wings ever created. That being said your cooking methods and speed are far superior to frickers you just need to steal their sauce
