On 8-5-2024 I called the Cassano’s call center to place an order for the special they were having on 2 medium pizzas for $25 also wanted to sandwich’s with a coupon that I had . The lady said I couldn’t use the coupon with the special promotion for the pizzas. So ended up placing the order for the pizzas and then walked in the store to place the order for the sandwiches separately… this is ridiculous and very inconvenient for the customer. Shouldn’t matter how many coupons you have if you print the coupons, you should honor all of them no matter what. After I picked up the order, the deluxe pizza was made very poorly with ingredients only in the middle, not on the edges. BTW this order was picked up at the airway location…@ 6:45 pm
