The staff was kind, but the place is dirty. It’s closest to my house so it’s the one I go to. Not sure what or why, but everything I eat here has a weird taste, like a propane taste. And, it’s always cold.

I thought they were closed at first. They definitely were not very busy. The staff was friendly and polite but the dining room was filthy. Every table was dirty and sticky. I won't be going to that location again.

Gross, gross, gross! Everything I ordered was wrong. Bagel( asked for not toasted) but was toasted. Ask for a croissant , it was wet and soggy. Asked for one of the toasted sandwiches, but the cheese wasn't melted and it was soggy.

Every time I go to this dunkin, the lady taking my order is rude and my drink is screwed up
This place, in the very early morning, is complete garbage. The sleezy looking guy there that cooks the food could care less about your order. Ask for a toasted bun, it will not be. Egg is barely cooked, and cheese is just thrown on. Then they don't understand your frustration at 5:30 am. I complained before snd they said they would correct it. AVOID THIS PLACE IN THE VERY EARLY MORNING. Coffee is always fine. Just never order food if the man with the beard and/or the blue haired girl are there. They seem to enjoy making your order the opposite of how you would like.

this used to be my favorite location because they always got my coffee right. but i have stopped drinking caffeine so now i come and get a refresher with lemonade and a bacon egg and cheese add cream cheese & every time ive ordered this they hand me a plain bagel with only cream cheese but they charge me $5 for it like i’m paying for a BACON EGG AND CHEESE plus additional for the cream cheese. it happens every single time and im not understanding why im being charged and not getting the product??? they also never spread any of the cream cheese out so not only is the order wrong, i also just get a plain bagel with a big scoop of cream cheese in the middle of my bagel every time. new employees or something?? train them to pay attention to what people are ordering and also attention to detail.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was welcoming. I only stopped in here to go to the bathroom, but even those were absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend this dungeon location if you’re just passing through the area.

I just left. I saw three workers standing around and one customer, yet the store was in disgusting shape. Crumbs on every surface, all metal and glass surfaces gross, blending machines with old residue, and part of a blended drink sitting on the counter. I can’t bring myself to get food from that location again.
