I wanted to shout out the manager, Kevin, when today there was a little issue this morning and he did everything to make it right. He was super friendly and helpful and I’m grateful for him wanting to make sure my coffee was made right. Sometimes Dunkin can be a little too sweet for me but you just have to find the right syrup or combination and they can be really good. The only reason for the 4 star is because it’s not always consistent in milk/coffee ratio and sweetness.

Fairly nice staff but if you order an extra shot in your drink it will most likely be diluted. When I go to the Dunkin in Miamisburg my drink is much darker bc they measure the milk out correctly & I get the espresso I pay for.

The staff was kind, but the place is dirty. It’s closest to my house so it’s the one I go to. Not sure what or why, but everything I eat here has a weird taste, like a propane taste. And, it’s always cold.

Gross, gross, gross! Everything I ordered was wrong. Bagel( asked for not toasted) but was toasted. Ask for a croissant , it was wet and soggy. Asked for one of the toasted sandwiches, but the cheese wasn't melted and it was soggy.
