To be honest, this is the rudest Dunkin that I have ever been to. I have actually seen the employees yelling about people’s orders because they don’t want to do it. The people here are crazy. Also, I can go to any Dunkin and my coffee taste great. When I go to this location, the coffee is horrible. This is downright the worst Dunkin ever.

This is the absolute WORST dunkin I have ever been to. I get a caramel iced coffee every single time I go to dunkin and 99% of the time it tastes nothing like what I ordered, it’s what I imagine dirty sock water to taste like. Not to mention, the service is terrible and the employees are often hostile. There was a younger guy working the drive thru and acted like I was a bother and barely said 2 words to me. I recommend going down the street to the other dunkin.

Dunkin should change the name of their chocolate cream "filled" donuts to powdered donuts with a teaspoon of chocolate. If people are buying these donuts they obviously like chocolate. The miniscule amount of chocolate that is put in your donuts is ridiculous. There are other donut places around you know!

I want to start this off by saying I’m not usually the type of person to write a review, also I have 10+ years of customer service experience, about 4 of those were working a drive through so I understand that it is difficult sometimes. But what I experienced today was not trained employees. I went through the drive through. I ordered an ice coffee, 10 chocolate munchkins and a brownie batter donut. They were out of brownie batter donuts. I said “okay that’s fine I’ll just do 10 glazed munchkins instead”. They replied “so you want 10 glazed instead of chocolate and I said “no I would like 10 of each” then they told me my total, I was not done ordering yet. So when I got to the window, I said “could I add a chocolate milk to that please” the girl at the window looked at me disgusted and said “you want to add a chocolate milk to your coffee?” I said “no I would like to add a bottle of chocolate milk to my order” she needed to ask her coworker for help to add it which was fine. I pay they hand me everything. But I had a mix of donuts of only 10 when I ordered 2 orders of 10. When I asked her to fix it. She acted like it was a huge deal.

The manager at this location is the literal worst. TERRIBLE customer service, stole our change and didn’t give us a receipt. Raspy voice, mid 30’s?
As we waited out our change she just slammed the door in our face so we couldn’t ask for anything else. We yelled through the window “alright then have a great day I guess” because she certainly didn’t tell us.

11/18/2024 I don't know if today was a weird day for them or what but everything we got from DD this morning was awfullllll.
They have a new almond croissant thing that was terrible.
The donuts I got for my child were hard as rocks and the munchkins I got for myself looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of them! And the two donuts and munchkins and almond croissant were all sloppily thrown into the same bag, it was a mess. A big disgusting mess. I wish DD was more consistent. But after today's visit, I will be avoiding this location.
My daughter really likes the chocolate frosted yeast donuts with sprinkles. Now, if you order them in the app, it doesn't guarantee they will actually have them in stock. They also can't refund your app purchase so you have to choose an alternative. When you have a picky 6 year old who refuses all alternatives, this kind of sucks.
Coffee. That’s it. Good, consistent coffee. Otherwise, stay away from the food. I tried a chorizo pepper wrap. That stuff is some toxic hell. I have no idea what chemicals they pump into that. It’s scary. I am afraid to excrete it. I should not have eaten it. Pray for me.

Spent half an hour in the drive thru line and get to the window to find out they had my order wrong. This Dunkin is always slow and service is terrible. Half the employees are on their phones or talking. I’m never going back.

Thought it would be quicker to walk in since there were three cars in drive thru. I stood at the counter for over five minutes and it seemed the workers were in back having a party ( sarcasm). Noone was at the register nor did they bother to check. They had dog squeaky toys for sale at the front register so I squeaked it a couple times, still no customer service. So I left ?
