Great staff, but this location gave me severe food poisoning. I had their bacon sandwich which I have had multiple times, and I have been excruciatingly sick since I ate it. It was the only thing I had eaten that day.

Had Five Guys today at the Centerville store on Wilmington Pike. I'd heard they now had Patty Melts on the menu so we decided to go in and give it a go. It had been a while since I'd been in a Five Guys, but its always been a treat. The store was very clean, and the attendant who helped us with ordering was really pleasant. I ordered my Patty Melt, added grilled onions and grilled green peppers, because that just sounded delish. My husband and I split a regular Cajun fry, and He got a Bacon Cheeseburger plain. Added two drinks, everything came out to about $40, which is fair for Five Guys, I mean you know this coming in.

My sandwich was so good, the cheese was extra melty, oozy and delicious and they got those onions and peppers just perfect. While it wasn't a traditional Patty Melt, it was really darned good. I only ate half because I got full on all of those fries. We always regret getting the regular size, there is so much there! I actually have some in my bag that I took home, I swear next time, get the small, its enough for two.

My husband's sandwich was perfect of course. He ate every last bite. The store had freestyle coke machines which I really appreciate. I love being able to get Mello Yello Zero in cherry and limeade, its the best! Thanks Five Guys for a great lunch!

Food is always fresh! Staff is very friendly!

Parking: Appx 30 spots in a shared lot with other businesses.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for kids to eat, decent sized booths.

Food is good but prices are ridiculous. Also, the fries are WAY over salted. Still a great burger and fries, just wish it were more affordable to come regularly.

So while the over taste of the food is good and it is truly fresh the price for the amount is a total rip off. Pictures is the little (small) fry. And that cost over $5. At best that is a $1.25 worth of fries. Needless to say I will never be returning. As $22 for a sandwich fry and drink if ridiculous when this is what you get

I haven’t been to a Five Guys in a while. But every time I’ve gone, I’ve bought fries. The bag came loaded! With a price of $6.26 for a regular fry, you can imagine my shock when I arrived home and found a very SMALL heavily over salted fries in my bag.Five Guys, shame on you!A 10lbs bag of potatoes is $6 bucks at Walmart!!Feels like a Bait and switch.I’ll stick with Smash burger or one of the other fast service spots. Wendy’s maybe….

Classic Five Guys experience but it’s new, shiny, and clean! Price was a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Place looks great, workers are nice and to the point, and the food tasted really good. My burger was cooked great and assembled with care so that it didn’t turn into a mess by the time I was done. Only reason I am giving the food a 4/5 is the FRIES WERE INDEED VERY SALTY. I love salt but this was on the edge of too much for me. That being said, the fries were cooked perfect with a nice crispy golden outside and mushy inside. They just gotta chill out a little with the salt. Oh and I love that Five Guys has stuck with the Coke Freestyle machines. It adds a nice fun touch to the experience.

I have always loved Five Guys but this experience was not it. Three of the four burgers that we bought were completely wrong and the fries were way too salty to eat. The only saving grace was that the milkshakes were good. The total cost was way too expensive for the service/food that we got. I don’t see us going this Five Guys or any Five Guys again. I’d rather just go to Bagger Dave’s.

Was a great place to go for a Hamburger and great fries. Now your price are out of way to high. I can order the same size Hamburger and fries at McDonalds for 1/2 the price. Why are you doing this? Are you trying to force people to go elsewhere?

The burgers are good. Service was good. Who is in charge of the fry station? I got more salt than fries and when the majority of the bag contains the saltiest fries in existence the meal becomes underwhelming. Tone it down on the salt. I threw away the majority of my salt because it should of been fries.

Good food and friendly staff but these prices are beyond crazy. There are many places you can get just as good a burger for less money.
