Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Placed an online order. Was told the time and got an email my food was ready at 4:27. When I arrived at 4:29 the workers seemed more interested in talking with eachother. I finally got my order at 4:51 and I asked what happened to my order that was ready at 4:27. Lady behind the counter said it was lost. So I asked to speak to a manager and the managers excuse was “bad timing” and that was all he said. He didn’t offer to make it right.
On top of that, the order was wrong when I received it.

I always suggested people go here over Steak and Shake but this was a terrible experience.

Unless you're stopping strictly for custard, don't bother. Forgot an item from my order, and messed up what I did get. Terrible presentation as well. You wont get your free burger reward for downloading the app and creating your account for 24 hours. I parked to give my dog his pup cup, and half the staff was smoking weed by the dumpsters. Steak and Shake has been great lately, go there instead.

Great place! Finally got to try Freddy's and it did not disappoint. The smash style burgres were perfectly cooked with a little bit of crisp around the edge but were still nice and juicy. Service was fast and friendly. The interior of place was well lit and had a nice, cheerful vibe. Ordered one of the milkshakes to go with my burger and REAL onion rings and it was ridiculously good. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be going back.

No undercooked beef is safe
Today the restaurant did not appear clean at all asked for no salt on the burger so salty couldn’t even eat it. They remade it and added even more salt and the burger was not even cooked all the way customer service was not that great I had to stand at the counter, waiting to be waited on for 10 minutes And there was nobody in line. Don’t think I’m gonna be using any more of my rewards here.

Workers seemed more into their own conversations than urgency to wait on customers, the table were all very dirty, condiments very low or not there at all. All garbage cans were overflowing.It was a hour before closing but that is no excuse because they were not busy. Wouldn’t go back

Freddy’s has redefined my expectations of a steak burger. What arrived was not just a meal, but a perfectly executed example of how simplicity, when done right, can border on extraordinary. The burger was impeccably seasoned, seared with precision, and balanced in flavor from the first bite to the last. Paired with perfectly seasoned, crisp, and piping-hot fries, the experience was both indulgent and memorable. Freddy’s rises well above the predictable standards of chain dining, delivering a meal that feels thoughtfully crafted rather than mass-produced. Coupled with attentive, genuinely warm service, this was nothing short of outstanding. A steak burger and fries worth seeking out. Definitely blows Steak 'n Shake and Culvars out of the water!

Tried Freddy's for the first time today. Food was great. The cashier Jaden was super friendly and seems like he really liked and cared about his job. Which you don't see that nowadays. I'll definitely be back.

My family decided to meet up and go to Freddy’s. Unfortunately, we will never go back. We waited an hour for our food and it still wasn’t ready. They made 3/4 of our food and it sat there for over 25 minutes on the counter while they filled drive through orders. They never made my husbands order. At that time I felt the food on the counter and it was cold. I asked numerous times when the food would be ready before finally asking for a refund and a manager. The manager did not even apologize or talk to me he was too busy talking to the general manager on his cell phone. He placed the “refund” and let me walk out of the door. He never placed the refund just printed a duplicate receipt. I went back up there and he had to call someone else to come in to actually complete the refund. I will never be back. No apologies. No response nothing. They also left the frozen chicken tenders out on the counter for a long period of time. There are multiple health complaints that I have concerns about such as cooked chicken tenders sitting on the counter at room temp for 25 mins. Not to mention the frozen ones defrosting on the counter. Just no. I cannot recommend.

Everything was perfect! The employees all do everything they can even when they are slammed. All the food is cooked to order and hot. 10/10

I came through the drive thru last night 10 minutes after close and they still took my order. The cashier was very nice and understanding as my sister is pregnant and having cravings 😂. Please don't do what I did but thought I'd leave a review for them being nice enough to take my order and have it handed in a timely manner.
