The team here is always so amazingly pleasant. There’s a lady here maybe in her 50’s with glasses who always has the best personality and so friendly, greets customers and thanks them and genuinely seems like she really cares for what she does. As an operations manager for a fortune 300 company I’d love to have her. She sets a fun tone for this location and the team clearly feeds on her energy!

Been going to the same location for years, all the employees for the most part know who I am always fresh and good, real nice people.
Dietary restrictions: High blood pressure, I eat a salads, Mike's way with the little shot of Mayo. I didn't think I would like it but it's pretty darn good. Pretty much the sandwich without the bun

Jersey Mike's has the BEST Philly cheese in town! I used to eat at Penn Station, but since I no longer can have gluten, I can't eat there. Penn Station doesn't have gluten-free bread, BUT Jersey Mike's DOES!! 🙂 It's actually soft bread too (which is rare for gluten free) and tastes great!

Stop putting prepaid orders on the rack for ppl to come steal. I placed my order then came to pick it up and the guy tells me somebody probably came and picked it up… How tf would they take my order unless they walked up to the rack and ran off with my order. I don’t know WHY restaurants came up with that idea, “ yea we’ll just sit this rack right here and they can take their food even if they didn’t pay for it “. Oh and now I’m running late to work because my order was snatched off the rack, and now y’all just lost money cause y’all had to remake my food for free.
Honestly, this was a go-to for me. I won't be coming back though. I waited in an empty line for over 15 minutes to get my order complete. I know you might think that isn't a long wait, but I was literally the only one in there, and they chose to do the long list of online orders first. A major issue was the fact that a night-shift employee put the wrong lid on the honey mustard, so the worker went to squirt it on the sandwich and it dumped everywhere. This was quickly followed by a long list of expletives and her leaving to go to the back, once again leaving me standing there. When I was finally taken care of, my sandwiches stayed on the line while they bagged other customers orders. I was clearly agitated and trying to rush them, but it wasn't received. The icing on the cake was that I was taking this order to meet my daughter at school for her lunch. I was 5 minutes late to lunch with her and arrived to a teary eyed girl who thought I wasn't going to bring her lunch.

The food was amazing i ordered the 56 big kahuna, although the black woman that was topping the subs kept giving me dirty looks. She also had a nasty attitude towards other customers that were in line. She was also making nasty remarks to her coworkers who weren't doing anything wrong they were actually great, but the way she was treating everyone around her was very unsavory. I planned on eating there, but after dealing with that i decided to take my sub home.

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service by the young men that were working there when I went in there for the first time this evening. They were so polite and kind, and the restaurant was so clean, and the customer service was amazing, all of which was very refreshing to see. Highly recommend! This is the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to hands-down.

Well staffed and great sub builders. I ordered the #6 roast beef Mike's Way no onion and add banana pepper, vinegar potato chips and an unsweetened tea with pink lemonade added. We always enjoy a good experience at this location. Only negative is how expensive our meal was for only ordering mini subs.
