Ordered a $11 cheesesteak “bowl” online and they gave me this…. Just chicken and cheese.
When I called they said this is how corporate wants them to make it. And they don’t give lettuce on hot bowls, despite not posting the option for it anywhere. Are you kidding. Look at this lol.
When I called they explained they just did it right and were incredibly unhelpful. I basically had to ask if I could come back and he was like I mean I’ll be here tomorrow…. Horrendous customer service. Worse food.
EDIT: their response here shows exactly the same response they gave. Again, there is no option to add lettuce. Online ordering isn’t “confusing” it literally doesn’t have any option to do so. Google a jersey mikes bowl and then look again at my photo. Very different.
And instead of arguing with your customers about them being wrong, and you guys being justified.
You should simply apologize and ask how to fix it. Instead *I* had to ask if you’d fix it. With a lackluster response. And then based on your customer service.. no I had no intention of coming back to have it made properly, thanks!

Absolutely so rude -we love Jersey Mikes but this staff at this location was rude from the beginning with giving us no time to order, and rude all the way to the end when 1 of our sandwiches was gross and they refused to replace it. Zero tolerance for business like this. Do better -

The team here is always so amazingly pleasant. There’s a lady here maybe in her 50’s with glasses who always has the best personality and so friendly, greets customers and thanks them and genuinely seems like she really cares for what she does. As an operations manager for a fortune 300 company I’d love to have her. She sets a fun tone for this location and the team clearly feeds on her energy!

Dietary restrictions: High blood pressure, I eat a salads, Mike's way with the little shot of Mayo. I didn't think I would like it but it's pretty darn good. Pretty much the sandwich without the bun

Jersey Mike's has the BEST Philly cheese in town! I used to eat at Penn Station, but since I no longer can have gluten, I can't eat there. Penn Station doesn't have gluten-free bread, BUT Jersey Mike's DOES!! 🙂 It's actually soft bread too (which is rare for gluten free) and tastes great!
