Absolutely the worst food ever!!

I’ve come by Lock 27 twice this summer while passing through town and both visits were fantastic! The drinks were top-notch, the food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. Kenzie stood out as she was knowledgeable on the town, genuine with her recommendations, and a pleasure to chat with. Along with the dog friendly patio, there’s no better spot! I’ll definitely be back again!

Sad to see the decline of this once nice place to dine. Went in there, told to sit wherever we wanted. Every empty table hadn’t been cleared. Sat down and waited for 20 min for someone to come by …. Staff running around delivering meals. Not one person came up and said something like “I’ll be with you in a min …” Got up and walked out. No one said a word.

The food and the beer are always good. Evidently there is too much business here as we were pushed out the door so they could close by 9 on a holiday weekend. We arrived at 820 just in the Nick of time to order tacos and a beer and then every 5 minutes checked on to be pushed out the door. We won’t need to come back there are plenty of other choices in the area

I’ve been coming here for a while, but after what I witnessed recently, I won’t be back.
During a busy night, the place was clearly understaffed—one poor server was running the entire floor solo. She was doing her best, clearly overwhelmed but still kind and hustling. Instead of helping, the woman I later found out was the owner stood at the end of bar yelling at her across the entire restaurant. Full volume. In front of everyone about a couple glasses on some tables.
Not only was it unprofessional, it was uncomfortable to witness. Instead of pitching in, the owner disappeared into the back office to watch the cameras and micromanage. It was gross.
I've also seen her walk up to regulars and tell them they had to leave by 9pm—despite the fact that the place is open until 11. She’s rude, condescending, and makes the entire vibe feel tense and unwelcoming.
This could be a great spot, but management is actively ruining it. Save your money and your night. There are better breweries in town that know how to treat staff and customers with respect. This brewery is also shockingly unsanitary! Health codes and cleanliness is clearly not a priority.

Lock 27 is amazing! We are from California and stumbled across this hidden gem. We were actually going to bath and body works next door and saw that this brewery existed. We decided to stop by for a drink and to our surprise they also have food! Our waitress was Michelle, and she was just so lovely. Every month they change up the beer menu, so it’s always different. They have an amazing mustard/horseradish that pairs well with everything. If you’re looking for great beer, great food and great service, definitely stop by! I will be back again. And again, thank you Michelle !

Extremely disappointed. I was expecting employees to be more knowledgeable about beer from so called “beer ambassadors”.
I could see why their main location shut down.
I would have been more satisfied with the Waffle House down the street.

Loads of good food and drink options. I have never had a bad meal here. Some items that you don't find everywhere. Poutine, wings, pierogis, all fantastic. And they have beer!

I've been here many times and for the most part the food was very good, and the service is always excellent. But be warned, they have started charging an extra fee to pay with a card. It's not posted anywhere in the restaurant and you aren't told until you get the bill. Not even a warning from the server. It's a small note at the bottom of the bill when you get it. I don't really have a problem with places charging a fee for cards, I know costs are going up. But to not have it posted anywhere, and not even a heads up from the server, kind of put a bad taste in my mouth.
