This is the one in Centerville Ohio. I went there to ask if they had patato salad the lady behind the counter said No like she didn’t want to help me so I left and will never go back in there again

Staff was so nice with our young son, and friendly. Being checked on was appreciated. Place was clean.. and BLT-A and mac and cheese were bomb!

Wife and I was going to try this Restaurant. But after looking at Prices and reviews we think we’ll skip it. Over 21.00 dollars for a Sandwich. WOW

Been wanting to try and glad I did. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The black berry lemonade is yummy. The veggie spud sauce is really good and I definitely found one of my new fave sandwich spots. (The new yorker is delish) Nice place!

I always have a positive experience here. The new staff are friendly and engaging and they actually smile! The food is great and it's a good value. Have absolutely no complaints. The addition of the red beans and rice has been awesome. I get those whenever I can.

The manager came by more than once to make sure everything was good, had an issue with an order (which was my fault) and they made it right without hesitation.

Walked in to pick up an online order. There was no signage designating a specific spot to pick up orders, so I took my place in line. No one acknowledged me at all until it was my turn at the counter, which was seemingly being worked by just one person while other people prepared food in the back. Since this was a Friday night, I thought that was strange. Everyone working seemed miserable and there was a really dismal, unwelcoming mood hanging over the place. One of the most bizarre restaurant experiences I've ever had. The food was good, but customer service matters, especially when the prices aren't cheap. I won't be returning to this location.

12 dollars for a “half” a sandwich and cup of soup. This isn’t a half, its overpriced and I could have done without the hair in my small overpriced sandwich.

There's definitely new staff present. The service that I received was reflective of it in a positive way. The food was absolutely wonderful and prepared to order. The staff made eye contact and they were friendly and they smiled. Two of them admitted that they were new, but it was okay because they did their best and I left satisfied. I'd stop coming to this location for a while because of inconsistent food and service, but I thought I would give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The Buffalo chicken potato and the buffalo chicken sandwich were very, very tasty and spicy! I hope to go back again real soon.

Let me start by saying that a few items were missed in our pick up order. But when we made the employees aware, they were absolutely incredible. They treated me and my car full of kids with the most above and beyond care (twice because we had to return for refills since the kids were thirsty). My kids said the mini pizza was the “best they’ve ever had.” The carrot cake was also just amazing. Thanks for being a bright spot in our day!
