Food here is great if you’re eating in, but don’t even bother with the window pickup that’s offered. Every time I come here it’s a minimum 20min wait in the window pickup line, and when someone’s food isn’t ready in front of you nobody makes them pull forward to the designated parking spots to wait, just let’s them sit there at the window. Even when my food is ready, if there’s someone in front of me, I will be waiting and waiting and waiting. It’s a joke.

This is not the fault of the employees who I stress were trying their hardest to keep up, but I ordered a door dash pickup and it was almost 40 min over the pickup time. I have a lunch break and it completely ruined that. The store should be able to stop door dash orders if they are backed up.If this is a corporate policy to leave it on constantly then shame on them. I don't leave negative reviews almost ever. I will say the food here is always good.

Just seems like bad business practice to have online orders take precedence over coming into the restaurant and eating. Not sure why the restaurant is there if you can’t order food for 30 minutes while they make 50 sandwiches for online. Seems like they’re more of a catering business than a restaurant. Unfortunate.

One of my favorite lunch spots. I swear it doesn't matter what I order it is always amazing. My go to is the pick 2 for around $11.00 I got a loaded max spud and the veggie chili. Note the veggie chili was really good, but do not pass up on the broccoli cheese soup. Always clean and the service is always friendly and quick.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
Me and a friend went here for dinner before a basketball game. I ordered the veggie baked potato. When it came to our table, it looked relatively tasty. The cheese, however, looked incredibly fake. And man was the cheese overkill or what! I could barely cut my potato up. In terms of taste, I’d label it as “below mediocre”. Too many toppings and not a comforting meal. As I write this, my stomach aches. Also, the potato was a whooping $14! Nothing really negative to say about the service. It was good but nowhere near incredible. My friend ordered the four cheese melt and received a ham sandwich so that was definitely off-putting I might give this establishment a second chance in the future. I’m hoping I ordered the wrong meal because it’s a wonderful idea on paper. The veggie sandwich with barbecue chips sounds like a fair bet! I’ll update this review after/if I return with hopefully better feedback.Vegetarian options: If it’s your first time going, I’d go for the veggie sandwich instead of the potato!

I ordered a potato bar box from the catering manager for our office Christmas luncheon this year. It was fantastic!!! Potato's were very large and really hot. They gave us plenty of toppings. Everyone loved it and no one left hungry!!! Our best Christmas luncheon yet. Thanks McAlister's!!! Will definitely order from there again. (Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Centerville location)
