Messed up my order gave my kids Happy meals without nuggets in them

I came here to grab some food. Should have gone to a different McDonald's. Workers were rude and slow. My food in the bag was poured everywhere and my drink was barely full. Waited far longer than it should have taken while I watched 5 workers mix sodas and try them. Very little sanitation as the lady handing me my drink literally picked her teeth before giving it to me. Gross

Ordered using the app today and never received food. Lots of people waiting a long time. Went inside to see what was happening and all I saw was lots of confusion and orders not being completed. Just left. Will work to get my refund. So frustrating. This location is hit and miss. Super frustrated and I am not alone. Lots of people upset.

It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to wait on already prepared food after ordering in the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to wait and see car after car get their food after me. I understand giving equal opportunities to all but these people are too slow and need better mobility. Jesus it’s not like they have to hand make the stuff

Zero customer service, multiple employees including manager walked past me at the front counter before someone helped. Manager dropped cups on the floor and did not pick it up. Multiple employees touching their face or playing with the hair with no gloves on, or washing their hands.

Took a considerable amount of time to get my dine-in food. As the only one in the dining room, there are thirteen dirty tables. Lots of socializing in the back. Avoid this location.
