Service was truly terrible. I used to wait tables and am super forgiving if a place was busy but our server was totally absent from the floor. Unless he was making the steaks himself, there's no excuse.

Our steak was so tuff we could not chew it. We took it home and threw it away. I did not ask for a refund. We ordered the 6 ounce sirloin.

Order date Coke it was flat they brought me another then they asked me about Coke Zero it was flat also they ran out of CO2 how do you run out of CO2 at a place that serves all kinds of soft drinks but they had plenty of CO2 for the beer

We got out the car wlith my grandkids the lady ran outside and told us her computers were down so she wasn't opening. Whatever happened to using paper and a pen to take orders and a calculator as an alternative.

First time here in a long time. It was OK..... We waited way too long to order, and too long for the check.

We were seated quickly and on a Saturday night. The food was hot and tasted great. The service was very good. The staff hustles. This place has a relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter Julian did a terrific job. I tried to leave a review when paying the check but the table device timed out before I could finish so I am leaving this review instead. We eat here fairly often and we enjoy the food.

Ordered curbside and after checking in with spot number no one shows. Waited 30 minutes and had to call into the restaurant. And the lady that answered the phone had the nerve to be snarky. Ridiculous. Won’t be back this food isn’t all that to put up with this.

I have eaten from here many times, and also picked up from here as a DoorDasher. The food is hit and miss. I’ve gotten steak that I’ve asked for medium well and it’s more like medium rare. I’ve gotten vegetables that were subpar. However, another time it was actually pretty good. So I’m putting it as a two for the food because it is very hit and miss from what I have seen, it depends who’s cooking and the amount of time and love they’re gonna put in the food. As far as the service goes, they need to absolutely get it together when it comes to how they run their DoorDash. I literally sat there for an hour and had four people check on the order until it was finally realized that the order was not in their system. when someone ask you to check an order actually follow up on it because it’s ridiculous that that many people checked on it and nobody realized it was not even in the system. I have to give it a one star for that and I would say half of my experiences with the food were less than average to say the least. One good experience, one or two bad. Pay a little extra and go to Firebirds or the chophouse 👍👌

EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!
Literally received our 2 blue cheese salads with only lettuce and carrots.. my hamburger was made upside down and had cucumber instead of pickles.. and it was cold and just disgusting. My wife sirloin was so small and disgusting it was insane.. I tried to get a refund through doordash and they gave me a $3.00 refund for a $60 meal because my account is newer.. so now I have a bag of outback garbage and am out $50 . It's crazy that you can return things that are unsatisfactorily.. where are we? I have pictures but don't know how to post
