Theres a lady named Connie who works in the dining room and she is their best asset in my opinion. Theres nobody I ever see that consistently works as hard as she does. She always is smiling and looking for ways to help. Theres several employees (one has pink hair) that avoid making eye contact out of fear you might ask for your drink they forgot to give you. You need more employees like Connie everywhere! She is a true gem!

This Panera Bread is excellent in all ways. I went to the one near Centerville Ohio today around dinner time. Purchased a Greek salad and a strawberry salad. Both were wonderful! Highly recommend.

I ordered a strawberry basil lemonade on mobile on June 30, 2025. However, I couldn't choose the no ice option. After ordering from the parking lot, I asked the server who was posting and ordering for no ice, but she ignored it. After 3 minutes, the woman's manager brought the lemonade. I wanted no ice, and she said no. The manager acted unkind when I told the server already. Can't I have a strawberry basil lemonade with no ice? I hate ice in my drink because the ice melts and the taste softens. I asked before making my drink. I was disappointed because they didn't kind. I hope that the rudeness is not racism.
