Love asking for and paying for extra meat on a half sandwich and getting home to find one ounce, maybe two at best, of meat on the sandwich. Like every single time. Forget that it’s already overpriced for what it is, but if you want a respectable portion of protein with your meal and are willing to pay extra for it, they won’t give it to you. $17 for a bowl of soup and a sandwich with 2 ounces of meat is just wild.

I went to panera bread and got my food. i went and parked to eat it. I started with the soup and a couple bites in i found a maggot !! I called Panera and told them and they basically thought i was lying and said “are you sure it was a maggot ? you’re sure it wasn’t a gnat?” I know the difference between a gnat and maggot. never will I go back to this place again !!

Ordered a large delivery order at 6:50pm. At 7:45pm, the order was marked as "canceled". A manager I spoke to at that time told me the order was handed to the wrong delivery driver, so the correct driver cancelled the order. I requested a refund, which she assured me would appear within 3 days. After 3 days, I called again and was told that there was no refund request in the system and they would "send an email" to see what was going on. The manager said she was unable to refund orders herself and had to request "the lady that handles that" to do it. They still can not give me a definitive answer on if/when a refund will be issued.

DO NOT DO PICKUP ORDERS HERE. Every time I have placed an order for pickup I’ve been disappointed. You will receive an email saying it is ready but still have to wait 30+ minutes and things will still be missing from your order. Our coffee tote was broken. The breakfast order was for an event and it was very disappointing service from Panera.

The service is really bad. They don't even care to greet or let us know the options and combos. We ordered a chicken soup and it was served COLD!!!! The quantity and the quality are compromised. The ambience was ok but food was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend!

I'm not quite sure why if there's a lettuce shortage they giving us half the salad but still paying the same price and get upset when I asked for more lettuce. They're the only one that has the lettuce shortage I think it's time for me to stop going there for a while too
Menu has completely changed and they cut out their high quality ingredients and now sell cheaper food at a higher price. Not to mention they keep running out of baguettes. $17 for half a sandwich and half a soup is insane.

It’s one thing that the chicken was left out of my chicken Caesar salad but the grey hair in my yogurt parfait was the cherry on top. I drove back for the chicken but I’m not going back for a new yogurt.

Visited 9/14/24. Will never order salads from Panera again until they offer better salad greens. Prefer dark leafy greens and spinach. I ordered the SW chicken salad and the Strawberry poppy chicken salad. It’s advertised as having romaine and lettuce blend. Both salads had strictly iceberg lettuce and had big chunks of core.
