Theres a lady named Connie who works in the dining room and she is their best asset in my opinion. Theres nobody I ever see that consistently works as hard as she does. She always is smiling and looking for ways to help. Theres several employees (one has pink hair) that avoid making eye contact out of fear you might ask for your drink they forgot to give you.
You need more employees like Connie everywhere! She is a true gem!

This Panera Bread is excellent in all ways. I went to the one near Centerville Ohio today around dinner time. Purchased a Greek salad and a strawberry salad. Both were wonderful! Highly recommend.

It is definitely not about food - it is about people. Unlike many other places, this particular Panera is happy to have employees who attract and make me want to come back here again and again.
