Been going here ever since I was a kid. The service is nothing short of phenomenal, the staff is friendly and polite, and the food is stellar! (The fries could be improved though)

I wouldn’t suggest this skyline for door dashing or service in general. I was assigned a doordash and came inside expecting to get food for a customer yet someone stole said customers food and she proceeded to tell me that i’m the 3rd person that came inside for this doordash and she will not remake it. Horrible hospitality and customer service. She was rude and rolled her eyes when she simply could’ve been a little nice about it when I just accepted an order.

I had to have them remake my chilito with sour cream 4 times because they weren’t making it correctly and there was liquid sitting in the container and it wasn’t wrapped properly . I finally just took it the 4th time , and there’s now very little chili on it and it’s just all cheese , absolutely ridiculous . And everytime I had to go back in , the cooks looked miserable and angry . And I’ve never had an issue at any other skyline .

Visiting Ohio and had to try this staple. Ordered 2 chili dogs with fries. Dogs came out first. Actually finished them before I ever got the fries. Anyway, Skyline advertises that the buns are steamed. This is incorrect. The buns are soaked in water! They were wet and soggy. Fries were awesome, once they finally showed up. Couldn’t tell you what the chili tastes like. Everything had so much cheese, I couldn’t taste anything else.

The temperature inside this restaurant is way to cold, I had a sweatshirt on and was still very cold to the point of getting up to leave early to go outside to warm up

This isn’t the first time I’ve received a smaller sized portion for the same price. I noticed in the reviews that I’m not alone on this. Go here if you want smaller portions at a high price
