“45+ min wait for 3 plates. 4th plate was ordered after the first 3 were placed and came out first which indicates the 4th order was submitted by itself rather than combined with the first 3. Kitchen was not at capacity or extremely busy. Assistant Manager falsely claimed to be the Manager and was unwilling to offer any compensation for the wait. A.M stated 45min is standard wait and insinuated I was trying to get a discount on bar tab because I waited until the bill came out. A.M falsely claimed I was the only table that had complained about the wait. Waitress clearly indicated a table near me also complained and received a free appetizer as I was requesting to speak to the manager. The unwillingness to make minor compensations or take accountability is the reason another dollar will never be spent again at T.P. Waitress was tipped fairly at 20%.“

“This is a laid back establishment. Cold beer and friendly staff. Honestly has a 'Cheers' feel to it. They make their own pizza's to order with about 4 ingredients available. They also have soft pretzels with cheese. I have been going to there for several years. During the week there are darts and people who come in after work to enjoy cocktails. They have a lot of steel dart boards, a soft tip board where you can 'play' against other bars via video and a pool table. On the weekends they have bands. I've seen many great musicians there!“

“I'm a life long Dayton resident and used to love Elsa's. I wish now the Sheetz was going in. The quality of food has gone so far downhill this was my last trip to Elsas. Tonight the refried beans were dry and totally inedible. I mean beans hit with a masher and nothing else. No flavoring. No seasoning. BLAND Nachos had no salsa or sauce of any kind. Chicken, cheese, and dry beans. Chicken had no flavoring, no seasoning. Plain chicken. It was awful. And happy hour? What a joke. .70 cents off drink prices? I'd rather spend my money at Taco Bell.“

“Applebees was amazing! Zachariah made the difference, swift orders, comedic relief and all around a fun guy to talk to. Kept our drinks coming all night long and made sure the vibe of our 8 person group was happy and well served.
Was sad to see that the outside lights were turned off, couldn’t tell they were open, Zachariah was unhappy to hear this as well because there was 12 patrons in store. After this experience I was saddened to think People in Kettering may not even know how good their experience could be at Applebees.
I will be returning hopefully to be Served by Zachariah.“

My waitress Nyana took a lot of time making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my food and my time, and I am very grateful. “Took my wife and 10 year old son here on a whim for her 39th birthday. All I can say is that it was a 10/10 from top to bottom. Fast friendly service and it was not slow in there. The food was piping hot and delicious. We all 3 loved what we ordered. The manager/owner was passing out packs of football cards to the kids. There's tons of sports memorabilia and Tvs everywhere. It was a great atmosphere to watch the Buckeyes game. We'll definitely be back.“

“Ordered online and someone else took our food, that sucks but happens, the staff was super respectful and worked to make it right; my daughter got a lemonade and cake slice on the house, plus great hot and fresh food. Even in recovery mode they did great“

“I want to thank Manager C. Vance for inviting me to a second opportunity to try the Applebee’s sirloin steak. Unfortunately my medium rare sirloin was only slightly better than the first. The issue with both sirloins was the tough stringy gristle found throughout the meat. Flavor was good but you have to be very careful not to get choked because the meat just doesn’t want to separate while chewing it. Despite this negative I do recommend Applebee’s, just know it’s not a steakhouse. I look forward to returning and trying the other items on the menu. Again thank you for the excellent customer service from both you and the entire staff.“
